Excelent and Fair Buying Experience

I felt like working with Bob Arnold and his sales manager Grant was like going to family. They went above and beyond to ensure I found the right car to meet my longterm needs. They spent several hours over different days to compare different models. This occurred shortly after my husband had passed away, and Bob was most patient with my lenghthy decision-making process. Then the follow-up afterward has been most helpful. The dealership is smaller but more like car dealerships I grew up with. Not just a number, but a person. Plus, I received a very honest and extremely fair price for my vehicle.

Bad Experience

As my first experience with any dealership working on my vehicle, this was a bad experience. They scheduled me to come in & after waiting over 2 hours (with a 2 year old!), came to me to say they realized the parts were missing & they could not fix my vehicle at this time. Something that I feel could have been mentioned in 5 minutes, not over 2 hours. Plus they were not very apologetic for their mistake. They ridiculously offered me to take a vehicle of theirs for the day in hopes of possibly finding the parts & fixing my car later in the day, but they could not offer me a manual transmission vehicle. I have never driven an automatic before, and was not going to let my first time be with my 2 year old son in the car, so I took my vehicle home because there was also no reason in the world to leave my car there for who knows how long with it not even being worked on. We rescheduled & fixed my car later that afternoon, but this was just a ridiculous experience.

Car Buying Made Easy

We got an excellent review of the automobiles by the Sales staff that was informative without putting any pressure on us. The paperwork process was complicated but the Sates and Financial staffs led us through the process without any snags. The entire staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. We wanted to buy at a local dealership and Winegardner made the whole experience completely worthwhile.

My Best Truck Ever

Cory Yates and Larry Wood went out of their way to find the Silverado that fit my needs. They also bent over backwards to come to terms with the deal. I've never met Cory before, but he was the perfect gentleman with a great sense of humor. I've been stopping by for years to chat with Larry to see if he could put me in a vehicle. Unfortunately, until this time, I never followed through. Together they got me the nicest truck I have ever owned. A smooth, painless experience.

STAY AWAY!

They overcharge just to look at your car. Two hours labor at $99/hr to diagnose the problem I went to them with. They didn't tell me anything I didn't know. Another hour to hook up the OBD and tell me a sensor was bad. When I declined the service, they tried to charge me an additional $50 restocking fee to send the unit back. When I called the parts company, they said they did not charge a restocking fee for that item. The attitude of the service rep was confrontational. It ended up costing me $213 to get my car back without getting anything fixed. [violative content deleted] STAY AWAY FORM THIS DEALERSHIP.
