I never expect that I can purchase a Ford escape vehicle well in all ways until I made a call to DARCARS and Samuella answered with much patience and enthusiasm. While I was cheated and fooled around by several dears and wasted time, she made me think different way about dealerships which also can be honest and generous. At that day I purchased the vehicle she was off by emergency, but she prepared for me at ahead. She is an efficient helper, treats me with much attention, and make me feel valued and respective. I would appreciate her again and would recommend others to call her if they need Ford cars.

By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Samuella Betts was an answer to prayer. I went in to buy a used car and the numbers were not working out right. instead of just trying to make me buy it anyway she searched until she found me something that would meet all of my needs as well as be affordable. Between she and Mr. Greene in finance, they were not only able to find me a car but they found me a brand new car that more than addressed everything that I was looking for. I am so greatful and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car.

New 2015 Ford Mustang

I want to preface this by saying I did a lot of internet research on this car and was sure this dealership could hit my price point before I came. I worked with Armen, Constantin & Jerris. This was an excellent experience. Armen was very knowledgeable about the car; more so than a previous dealership. He worked with me in a courteous and honest way. When one of my incentives fell through, Armen & Constantin worked to improve the trade-in while Jerris found me 1.89% APR financing that was .5% better than my bank of 15 years. Left that night with a spotless 2015 Ford Mustang and haven't been happier since. Facilities aren't the greatest in the world and reviews are brutal, but if you're not that shallow, there are good people in there that care, even uncommon for a car dealership.

I purchased a Ford Explorer 2015 Limited Edition from Ms. Samuella Betts (Sales Associates). Her personality and sales experience opened the door to a new relationship between myself and Darcars. She was also very interested in what I wanted to buy and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Sales representative Alonzo gave wonderful customer service. He made it very easy for me to chose a car. He was very patient and seem to love doing what he does. All my questions were answered. I like the fact that he didn't get annoyed with my millions of questions. I left happy and satisfied. This experience was 10x better then my first car purchase from another dealership. I will recommend this place to alot of people you will not leave unsatisfied. Keep up the good work Darcars

This dealership worked with me to find me a great car. My sales rep also said if they couldn't find it, they could have one transferred to their store. I got a good price, with a great rate. I was recommend by a friend to out Darcars dealerships and I wasn't disappointed.

Very bad experience! Dishonest dealer

Very bad experience buying a 2014 Ford Mustang from Darcars Ford Kia Lanham. I have all the details listed below, but in summary; 1. They promised to speed buff the car, but they didn't and made me drive 3 times for it and ended up only washing the exterior! 2. Sold me the car with one key only, and got an attitude when I asked to get the second one. Their excuse for everything (including no floor mats) is that It's a used car! First of all, after paying the full amount in cash and when I went to pick up the car, I got only one key and when I asked for the second key they said they don't have it and I have to buy a second one which costs $300. When I explained that this is unacceptable and that they never mentioned that it has one key only, first they said that they mentioned that (which they never did), then they said that it is what it is and if I said something before the deal was done and that this is a deal breaker maybe they could've done something about it. Also, while making the deal, I asked for the whole car to be buffed, which they agreed on "but I can't fix the scratches on the fender" the sales manager (Ali) said. I said that was fine just buff the car and whatever remains on it is fine. When I went to pick up the car it wasn't buffed, and when I asked the salesman (Abu) he said that they don't do that! So I went the next day to talk to the sales manager (Ali, who made the promise), at first he said it was done, then he said that he will take care of it, just come back another day. When I went the "other day" and talked to the body shop manager, he said that he was asked to only buff the scratched fender. I went to talk to the general manager (Darvish). He said he will take care of that. At the end after around 3.5 hours I was so tired, and they ended up only washing the exterior! In addition, when I went to fix a broken power outlet which I found when I picked up the car, the service department told me that they have to reschedule me for another day since I didn't bring it in at 8:00 am. At least, the GM "Darvish" was able to make them fix it that day. Bottom line; very unprofessional and dishonest staff (If you're buying a car from them (which I strongly do not recommend) make sure everything you need be done before you pay anything or get it in writing!

My Daughter graduated from College over the weekend (with honors). For her hard work, we searched for a new car, rather than pre-owned. We narrowed the search to three cars: Chevy Sonic, Toyota Yaris and Ford Fiesta. We searched for several days – test driving and conducting extensive “market research”. It was decided that we were going to purchase a Ford Fiesta. I’m a car guy – I love cars and have purchased several new cars in my life. Holly and I arrived at DARCARS in Lanham meeting with Andrew Schultz, General Sales Manager who quickly introduced us to Kwami Amegan, Sales Consultant. Right from the beginning “respect” for one another was evident. We told him the car was for Holly – he was so accommodating and VERY honest with the product. He did not speak over her and patient with all Holly’s questions. I was proud of her and pleased with the patience of Kwami. The first car he showed us had some “minor” deficiencies. Yes, I found some and Kwami pointed out others. When Mr. Schultz found out the number of defects, advised against this car. He said since this was Holly’s first car, he did not want the experience flawed in any way. To my surprise he upgraded the car to more options with very little price increase. Kwami was so accommodating to Holly making us feel very comfortable – never rushing us or making us feel uncomfortable at all – he valued our comments. Mr. Schultz stopped by several times to check on the progress, and demonstrated respect and patience to this new car buyer. They both explained the process and were more than accommodating. Then came the financing, where we met Marcel Greene. Mr. Greene was right in line with the Andrew and Kwami – forthright, honest, accommodating and patient. He was able to give Holly an even better rate than we had been pre-approved for, and went the extra step to ensure we were happy. There was no pressure throughout the entire process. At the end of the experience, Kwami surprised Holly by driving the car on to the show room floor so she could get the complete feel of the vehicle. Holly was beaming and I was so very proud of her! My deepest appreciation for the efforts of Andrew Schults, Kwami Amegan and Marcel Greene for making Holly’s first car buying experience such a positive one. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership – and the three Gentlemen that contributed to this experience.
