Dealership is desperate for money and will cheat you out of your warranty!
I wish I can give them 0 stars for the poor service I received. I've never dealt with a dealership this desperate to cheat me out of a few dollars. I went to Capital Cadillac in greenbelt because my 2016 Buick Encore AC system stopped working this morning. I called in beforehand to confirm my car was under warranty. The shop promised I was covered under warranty just bring it in and they'll take care of everything. I called the tow early in the morning and I did not hear back from the dealership until right before they were about to close. The service rep, Ryan Holcomb, told me that although I am under warranty, work was done on my Buick that is not covered under warranty. Who authorized that? They charged me $160.37...AND I HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY, how did that happen? Well, okay... service rep, what did you do? He said they plugged in a plug that was unplugged. I was baffled and my friend agreed to just take me there in person. When I arrived at the shop and asked to get a copy of the invoice I was told that I could not have access to it and furthermore was told that they were not going to release my car unless they received payment and would not offer me a loaner car in the mean time. I'm a nurse working nights and missed my shift over this. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and was then met with hostility and disrespect from the entire staff. So it's the weekend and I'm stuck with my car held hostage at the dealership and no other means of transportation until Monday. This has been an exhausting and stressful ordeal that could've been easily resolved. I would not recommended this business to anyone. I had to call Buick's corporate office to investigate this dealership. Proceed with caution.
Being this was my first service experience there, I was impressed at the speed the personnel came to check me in after driving into the door. Even more, I received a call much sooner than expected that service was completed and my car was ready for pickup.

Robert wolf was very helpful, and made sure I was taken care of, and is always checking on me to make sure i am having nothing but the best experience. He went out of his way to make sure my first car purchase was perfect!
Capitol Cadillac has GREAT service.
I was recently at Capitol Cadillac to have my car repaired and painted. The reason I chose Capitol was because the last two times I was there, I experienced wonderful service. I won't use any other Cadillac service or dealer in the future.
Outstanding Service Team
I like the way everyone is friendly and courteous to everyone, but most importantly my service writer Mr. Eddie Graham is outstanding in every way.
I found out on Saturday afternoon that I needed two rear tires for my 2013 CTS due to some nail damage, this proved to be a much more challenging feat than I initially expected due to the rarity of the size of the tire. I was thrilled to find that my dealership had the tires in stock after speaking with Kenny, when I arrived at the service department a few hours later I was greeted and treated very well by your service advisor, Mario. Mario made me feel like a special customer and I felt confident and relieved to turn my problem over to him. Service was quick and thorough and I was back on the road in a timely manner feeling so much more safe and secure.
2016 Cadillac SRX Purchase
Jim Churchill is the best. We have purchased three vehicles from him in the past six years and it's that long term relationship you get comfortable with knowing when it's time to purchase a new vehicle he knows our likes and dislikes and walks us threw every detail of the vechicle before we drive off the lot. its that hands on approach that make buying a car here so enjoyable.
My salesman Jim Churchill made my experience go as smooth as possible, he was very helpful with showing me how to use all the extras in my car. My service advisor David Harding was also very helpful in getting my car Lojack installed very quickly. Overall my experience was great.. Thank you
Capitol Cadillac Collision Center
Interaction with the personnel at the Collision Center was pleasant, courteous and professional. They returned my call promptly. The final results of my repairs were quite remarkable. I am very pleased.
Sales team went above and beyond to make the transition a smooth one and everything was perfect with the car. Jay provided all of the details for me to consider so there were never any questions on the details of the transaction.
Transmission problems, Ms. JEANETTE, was the best. Very patience with us and gave us great advise. Which we we back to Rob Alexander and purchased another car, very happy and I even cried.
Everyone spent a lot of time with me from Jim C to the final person Mr. Kevin (can't remember his last name ) they were patient and explained everything to the letter left with a full understanding of my new car and how things work Even Dave H in making arrangements for installation of lo jack was pleasant

My entire experience at Capitol Cadillac was over the top. Robert Alexander was awesome!! He took his time with me, and I never felt rushed or pressured. He was the perfect salesman. The receptionist was pleasant. Even my finance experience was a breeze. I wasn't able to take my ATS with me the day I made my purchasing decision because I had to leave for a meeting. When I returned 3 days later, the Finance Manager AND Rob were ready for me. All I had to do was sign papers and drive away in my new car!! My entire experience was A+. I've been driving foreign cars for 25 years. No more. I'll be a Capitol Cadillac customer for life!

The people were very helpful and courteous. They kept me well-informed on what was needed and the time it would take to get the job done. Also, providing me a loaner vehicle was extremely easy by Enterprise Car Rental being right there on the premises.

Capital Cadillac turned a bad day into a great day!
I was on my way to work when the engine light and reduced power message came on the screen in my SRX. I called Capital Cadillac and was told they did not have an appointment until the following Wednesday (8 Days away) When I spoke to Mr. Ed Graham he told me to bring it in and he would get to it as soon as he could. He walked me over to Enterprise for a free rental (Car under Warranty)and I was on my way to work within a half hour in a new 2015 SRX. Mr. Graham kept me informed all the way and a day and a half later my car was ready for pick-up. Mr. Graham is an exceptional man! Kind, warm and so helpful. Capital Cadillac is my dealer of choice because of him. Thanks, Mr Graham!

love the fast and very efficient service
Some one ran into the back of my car I went in on monday morning to take it to the body shop to get my bumper fixed as well as my back up camer. Also went next door to get a rental car. I met with the state farm adjuster that is stationed there at the Cadillac dealer greenbel, it also cut down the time for keeping my car longer had he not been there. I love the fact that , when I had taking it in ,cadillac told me my car be ready on Friday , they actually was finshed , Thursday evening Everything happened simotanously , I didn't have to wait in line for anything . Love the quick excellent service , I would recomend them to anyone . thanks cadilac of greenbelt!
