Fast and (not ) Furious...very happy !

No waste of time here. Got the deal I wanted ASAP. Super salesman Phil teamed with Sales manager Patrick made it happen. Then Mitch in finance told me that I didn't have to sit down,,,it would only be a minute !!! Also, they had the vehicle that I wanted, I did not have to settle for something else. I love my GMC but I especially love the professional courtesy displayed at King GMC. They are friendly and always make me feel that my automotive needs and my satisfaction are their first priority. They take the time to explain everything to me and never leave any question unanswered. I commend their service, professionalism and all around hospitality. This is my third time at King's with my new Encore recommended by Brandon, which has been a great car so far. This past Friday, 5/22 Martin provided excellent service. He took care of something I was not even aware of which was a recall for which I had received a letter or email from the manufacturer yet. He was very thorough and polite. I will be happy to do business with him again... I also need to say that Brandon, being the blue tooth expert helped out with one thing as he has done in the past when I have bluetooth-related questions in a polite manner. Also, I met Michelle Baron, who introduced herself as the new customer relations manager while waiting at the customers lounge, and she was very nice. She is a great addition to your staff.

I brought my 98 Blazer to King because the service engine light came on. Brandon Plakas the service attendant took the time to run several tests to determine what the problem was. The computer was recalibrated and there is a problem with the exhaust system that will need to be repaired by a Midas or Mieneke that does muffler work because the Blazer is an older vehicle and GM parts are no longer available. Brandon knows cars and is very thorough and usually has an idea of what the problem is. He does not recommend work unless it is essential. Brandon is far more knowledgeable about cars than most service attendants.

Outstanding Dealer

My experience with the dealership and the personal has been great. On the other hand my experience with GM has been the total opposit!!! I feel I've been more than patient with GM and my new car but now I have to wait until March for them to correct an engineering flaw that is their problem. To this point no one from GM has contacted me to speak to me about this problem. I am totally disapointed in GM. Not with the dealer, King has been up front and very accomidating to me thru this entire fiasco.

Mike Turnbow provided outstanding, more than excellent service. I went four the regular service, a recall and three other issues. He took care of everything in a very professional and courteous manner. In one of the issues, the bluetooth not working, he walked the extra mile to make sure that my smart phone was well connected to the car. Brandon was very helpful with this matter, and we got some help from Miguel. I cannot say enough about the the great service King Auto provided through Mike Turnbow.
