Byron Smith delivers outstanding service. I know that when I drop off my 2011 G37X with 186,000+ miles I will always receive outstanding, honest and professional service. The G37 is an outstanding car and I am sure it will easily go north of 250,000 miles. Scheduling is easy and I am always guaranteed the use of a loaner.
JR Smith always provides excellent, personable service. I have a 2011 G37X with over 180,000 miles and I have never had any issues. I credit this to a quality car and a proactive service program.
Best service experience
Always have a great service experience. I am offered a loaner so I can get to work and I get a phone call to tell me if anything unexpected was found. The work is always done right, never have to return for the same issue and my vehicle is always nice and clean (and fixed) when I pick it up. Can't ask for better. Prices are much better than other high end cars.
I purchased my Q 50 from Mr. Ray Moore back in October 2017. Mr. Moore was very patient with me in my decision making as I was at the dealership a few times. The final numbers was way better than I thought and I drove off in my new dream car. I also referred my daughter and grand daughter to Mr. Moore as well because he was courteous and genuinely kind.
Best Car Buying Experience
I leased a new Q50, and by far this was the best experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, not only was the sales staff extremely professional, their service department is amazing as well. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I purchased a new QX60 from JBA. Great service and great people. I was shopping and had received quotes from a lot of dealers, not only was their price the lowest but they had the car in stock and their sales team is just amazing. They took care of us and I felt that they went far and beyond. I love the free car washes, have already gotten my car washed twice and I love it. Definitely consider them on the next one.
Great Buying Experience
Just purchased my new Red Sport Coupe from JBA INFINITI. Not only did they give me an excellent deal, they also went above and beyond for me. It was my birthday, so when I got out of the finance office, they had a cake and all for me. AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Definitely recommend them for both sales and service, as I have been bringing my car here for service for the past 3 years.
Recent Purchase of 2015 Honda Pilot EX-L
My worst car buying experience ever. The sales rep is owners son. Started as a lot attendant. Been selling cars for 2-months. Didn't disclose all the info about the vehicle. Been in accident. Hit from the front & rear. Bumper was painted. Dent on the right side. Poor customer service from their finance director. Sales rep negotiated & agreed on OTD price of 25,755. Finance Director tried to for me to purchase for 25,500. Purchased on Thursday check engine light came on Saturday. Returned to the dealer on yesterday. Please warn your customers.
My car was in for repair and I never received such HORRIBLE customer service in my life not to mention I totally feel they gouged me and DID NOT fix my vehicle.I will make sure I pass the word to every person I come in contact with that you should not do business with this shop nor trust their service department.Their General Manager doesn't seem to care much either so all in all HORRIBLE!
Right Brand Wrong Dealer
I purchased my 2014 Q50 Hybrid in April of 2016. The vehicle was certified, had all the options and was listed at a decent price. I initially contacted the internet dept however, only received auto responds from my inquiry. I attempted to reach the internet dept again to inform them that I would be visiting the dealer to test-drive the vehicle. Again, no response from the internet dept. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a great salesman that took me on a test drive and answered all of my questions. If it were up to me, he would have received my business however, I wasn't prepared to purchase that day. During my test drive, I noticed multiple issues with the vehicle. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, the were multiple marks on the vehicle from where it had been hit and had a heavy vibration during acceleration and high speeds. All of these concerns were expressed to the salesman who promised he would relay them to the Internet Consultant who I initially tried to contact. A few days passed and still nothing from the Internet Consultant. Against my better judgement, I contacted the consultant to see if he addressed the issues with the vehicle...FINALLY, he got back to me and promised that the issues would be address. Between that time and the Friday that I planned to take delivery, the Consultant and I exchanged a few emails and calls regarding pricing. Now this was an area I was pleased with. I told him where I wanted to be as far as pricing and after only one mention of holding off, he met me where I needed to be... All my worries were gone...or so I thought. I arrived at the dealership on Friday as planned to take delivery. The scratches to the vehicle had been addressed however, the cigarette smoke and vibration were still present. The consultant even attempted to tell me that the vibration was because of the sports suspension :-( Little did he know that this was not my first vehicle with a sport-tuned suspension. From there, more promises were made to address the concerns which would be done at a later date. Again against my better judgement, I decided to take delivery of the vehicle that day instead of after the issues were corrected...silly me. We moved on to financing (which I already had covered)where the plan was for me to take the car with me to the credit unit to pick up the check. Well this didn't go as planned. The sales consultant left me in his office several times not explaining what the issue was. To me, it was cut and dry... I got to the credit union with the purchase order and they cut me a check... Little did I know, the consultant had other plans. He had me fill out a credit app but said it wouldn't be ran... Took it back to the finance office and next thing you know, I get an alert to my cell that I had a Hard Credit Inquiry.... Well I'm pissed at this point.. I already had financing in addition, no one explained that my credit would still need to be ran on the dealership end.... I'm not a happy camper at this point.... The Internet Consultant apologizes again and finally gives me the keys so I can visit the credit union. Upon my return, I met with one of the Finance Mgrs who was to help me from there. As I was signing my life away, he started explaining the different warranties. I declined them and asked the terms for the Certification that was already on the vehicle....He corrects me and tells me that the vehicle did not have an extended warranty because it was not certified...What??? I know the vehicle was certified and I immediately pulled my phone to show him the information....At this point, the Used Car Mgr steps in and bluntly states that he removed the certification when the price of the vehicle was reduced......Well at this point, I felt like I had been tricked.. Nothing about the deal was adding up... Again, I'm not happy... The one saving grace was the Finance Mgr giving me the option to pull out of the deal since it had basically gone to %^&*... But me, not using my better judgement decides to carry on with it and make the purchase. Coming down the home stretch, it was discovered that the vehicle only had one key which was an issue for me...however, that great F&I guy promised me that he would see to it that I receive a spare. Skip ahead three weeks and I return the vehicle to have the vibration addressed. Come to find out, the front left rim is cracked!? Why wasn't this addressed prior to the vehicle being placed up for sale? Service dept gives me a loaner for a few days and promises that it'll be addressed. Days later, I pick up my vehicle and the vibration wasn't as noticeable however, the cigarette smoke was still present and still no key... Oh, and what happened to courtesy car washes after service?? I return to the dealer a month later for it's first oil change and to request that key that was promised. I also had some questions regarding the brakes and the keyless entry. Promises were again made by the sales staff that they would get back to me regarding the questions, but I knew that was a lie... After waiting for 2.5 hrs for an oil change and a spare key, I noticed...no wash again...but at least I had my key. During the service, they calmed to have completed a multi-point inspection... well not sure how true that is because just two week afterwards, Im noticing some brake-fade indicating that the rotor may need to be turned and the vibration is back...:-( I decided that I wanted to check my inspection sticker because all of these issues should have been addressed prior to being placed on-sale... However now, I have yet to find a MD state inspection sticker... Is it possible that JBA decided to take this traded vehicle and sell it as is without thoroughly inspection it? This is my second Infiniti so I know the brand makes great vehicles however, I think the dealership sold me a lemon... Or just a vehicle that wasn't thoroughly inspected prior to listing it for sale. At this point, I am an unsatisfied customer and will no longer patronize the business unless it's required. Hopefully, another local Infiniti dealer will take better care of its customers.
If you keep deleting - I will keep writing. That's not an issue. I refuse to not let the world know how horrible this place is. I bought a car from Harley who was my sales agent, will treat you like trash after you purchase a car from him. After 2 months, my car needed new rotors and they claim it passed "MD inspection." Honestly, that isn't even a selling tool and don't let them use it as a selling tool. They tried to say it could be because of my driving. I worked on vehicles for a long time and, by the way my rotors looked, it was already bad when I purchased in. They refuse to work with me and said to call back and speak to a manager. I asked for the manager to call me and get a response of "He's busy so you need to just keep calling." If my business and customer service was important enough, he would have found the time to call. Anyways, don't purchase from here unless you want new rotors within two months. :) Again, JBA - if you want to delete this review to save your star reviews, go right ahead. I will keep posting. Everyone deserves to be treated right as customers and you don't do that.
DO NOT BUY FROM JBA
At JBA IF U DO NOT HAVE A EASY DEAL THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. My deal you had to do a little work to get it done and I went to Nationwide Infiniti and they got me done. JBA blew me off and told me that they would get back to me in a few days and never did. I reported them to Infiniti for they way they treated as a loyal Infiniti customer. This was not my first time trying to buy a car from JBA. I will never try them again.
Truly 5-Star Service
JBA Infiniti diligently worked to get me the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted. There was no pressure to purchase. The salesman was very attentive to the options I wanted, he explained the various options and assisted me with picking the options/packages to get the features I wanted. After delivery of my vehicle, the salesman took the time to explain and demonstrate several of the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and also extended the opportunity for me to come back and get assistance with additional features if needed. A few weeks after my purchase, the salesman contacted me to ask if I had any additional questions or needed any additional assistance with features. Prior to JBA, I had never received a follow-up call AFTER purchasing a vehicle just to check on my satisfaction with my purchase. In the end, I got the vehicle and the options that I wanted, felt very good about my purchase, and confident that the excellent customer service I that received during the sales process was just the way that JBA does business. As an added note, I have also had the opportunity to experience the exact same excellent customer service in dealing with the service department.
My new 2014 QX80
I must say, buying a new Infiniti from JBA, was the Best car buying experience I have ever had. The were friendly, let me test drive the truck I wanted, tried to find additional rebates for me, which they did and they couldn't of been nicer
Would absolutely recommend JBA to others. Their service was great, and nobody could touch their price. I mean nobody. I priced my '14 QX50 with no less than 8 dealerships, ranging from PA to VA. JBA was, by far, the best.
Best Dealer in Baltimore Metro Area!!!
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used. I recently purchased my pre-owned G37X from JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City MD, and my experience was phenomenal from the minute I walked in. The Sales Manager, Ricky Thompson, was friendly and professional and I felt comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I checked out a few other dealerships first so I was prepared for the usual pushy salesmen, but I didn't come across anyone like that at JBA. My car is in perfect condition. I've brought it in for service a few times so far just for normal things (oil change, nail in my tire, etc) and their service department is great too. I love my car and I love this dealership! I am definately a loyal customer for life!!!
Great Dealer..Great customer service!!!
Wow! What a great experience! I walked in wanting to buy a G37s on the lot and walked out not only buying the G37s but also a QX56! My wife and I could not turn down the great deal that was given! While finishing my paperwork on the G37s my wife test drove the QX56 and fell in love but the color was not what she wanted so the great sales staff was able to locate one just like she wanted. The staff actually went to pick up the QX56 and deilvered it in the same evening! If you are looking for an Infiniti you need to go to JBA!!!! We had dealers closer to us but we drove 90 minutes to JBA for the great service! Thank you JBA! And a special thanks to Tim(salesman) and the GM for making it happen!
Outstanding Sales at JBA
I was in the market for a new G35 Sedan, when I was researching the vehicle I found a few at JBA Infiniti. The sales staff handled my initial visit to the dealership and my purchase visit with levels of professionalism. The car I decided to purchase was included in the cars.com ad, the salesman was understanding. We walked out of the dealership with a new vehicle and for that advertised price, we had a great experience at JBA Infiniti, and we will recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family.
JBA Infiniti is a great place to buy a new or used Infiniti. The sales reps. are very nice to talk to and work with. The process of buying a car was very hassle free and they were willing to give the best price to beat the comptition.
