Don Soltys’s was the best baby! Give that man a raise or keys to the dealership.Very informed keep me in the loop without being bothersome.if I wasn’t married I’d ask him out for a Popeyes new chicken samwich. Steve Novak made things fast and easy. Nothing worse than being in the dealership for 5 hrs buying a car. He had everything ready to go when it came time to sign on the dotted line.

Stan did a great job explaining our options without being pushy. It wasn’t about getting the sale but more importantly putting us in a position to make a good decision. He did a great job of making us feel comfortable as we had our 3yr old with us as well. We didn’t go there with the intention of buying a vehicle but left with a brand new Tacoma.

Our 2020 4Runner experience

Mike Thornton is the primary reason we do business with Bill Kidds Toyota. His personality, cheerfulness, and attention to the customer is a rare commodity in the auto business. We feel like we are being treated fairly and that we are important customers. The addition of Stan Wartzman to the buying experience was a very good experience as well. He spent time with us going over the finer details of our new 4Runner and facilitated the return of our license plates on our trade in so we didn't have to do that. We felt Stan put our needs at the forefront of this purchase and we would definitely recommend both Stan and Mike to any of our friends to use for their next Toyota purchase.

Quickest Purchase Ever

Dee was great throughout the entire experience, and put in a lot of extra work to find a front license plate bracket for the new purchase. The lock pin on my old trailer hitch was stuck and we ended up needing the service department to cut off the pin, but a sales manager (I didn't catch his name) even brought out some WD-40 to help me try the lock pin and key one last time before I left it for the service techs. Bong was great during the finance portion. He is a really upstanding guy and honored the first payment he told me mistakenly using a rate that included a typo. This was also by FAR the quickest car purchase of my life, only 2.5 hours in and out!
