My new Land Rover Discovery Sport 2017

I searched for email contact with 3 Land Rover dealers. Only with the West Columbia I had an excellent service. I started a long negotiation to choose my option for me and my family. Will Tate, salesman, was very enlightening and patient. All the conversations were thorough and thorough. Anyway, I received my Discovery Sport 2017 with 5 star service. Adequate Service, Service Manager was Great.

The maintenance service was adequate. Chris Arillo was easy to work with and provided excellent service. My car was in for 10,000 mile service. I must admit I experienced some shock at the bill. I will preface this by saying in the past, I generally did most of my own work on prior vehicles which included a Toyota Sequoia and a Mazda 6. This was my first experience with LR for service. That said, I had pre-paid the oil change package which brought my service costs down a bit. I am over the initial shock. The service department did an adequate job, provided a loaner car and returned my car with a clean exterior. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. The only addition that I would request as a value-add is to clean the leather seats and wipe down the interior. They vacuumed but that was the extent of interior cleaning. Had they cleaned the interior better and cleaned the leather seats, I would have been less shocked at the price and would have rated them 5 stars.

First Service for my 2015 Range Rover Sport

I was very pleased with my first service. I appreciated the extra effort put in to check out the issue with my air bag light periodically illuminating. I was out of town when the light started periodically illuminating. When I arrived back home, I continued to drive the vehicle, and the light would not come on. So, I said when I carry it in for service, I was going to tell the technician about it. Well, 2 months later, I took my vehicle in for service, and I mentioned my issue about the airbag light periodically coming on, and I told the service assistant that it hasn't been on in about 2 months. Initially, they were not able to make the light come on; but, they continued to pursue the issue until they were able to make the light comes on. After the light came on, they were able to determine the root cause of the issue and resolved my problem. I appreciated the extra effort.
