Poor customer service
I scheduled an online appointment for service for the passenger airbag recall for Honda Accords. I took time off of work and drove the 45 minutes up to the dealership, only to be told that they were out of stock of the parts needed to complete the recall. No one attempted to call me or otherwise alert me to the fact that they could not perform the scheduled service and that I should reschedule. When I explained that I had taken time off of work to come to a *scheduled* appointment - i.e., the dealership had my name, phone number, email, and was aware the service visit was solely for the airbag recall - the service person did not seem particularly concerned and offered only that I could try again the next day. I find it disappointing that Ourisman either does not have a sufficient understanding of its own inventory to properly schedule service appointments or doesn't seem to think it is important to alert customers that their scheduled service has to be rescheduled. I will not be coming back, and they have lost a long-term Honda customer.

Purchasing a New Pilot with David Monash
My husband and I had an exceptionally positive experience with David Monash recently when we were in the process of replacing our 2006 Honda Pilot. We had test driven another vehicle from another dealership and upon our arrival we were put in touch with David Monash. He was friendly, straight forward, knowledgeable and expert in explaining the features on the 2018 Pilot rode in and the 2017 Pilot we ended up purchasing. Our test driving experience was informative and exciting as we tested the safety features on the highway. The negotiation process was well managed and although we were at the dealership late, we were not rushed. We also had a few features added to the vehicle so that it would require pick up at a later date. David offered to personally deliver the car to us rather than us go to pick it up. It was a level of customer service we greatly appreciated as our weekday schedules are frenetic. Upon delivery of the vehicle David had the patience to show me, and our excited children, all the features our new car had. I would absolutely recommend David Monash to any of my friends and family.
Easy, smooth, friendly sales service
I mostly worked with Deyber Mendez when I was buying a 2018 CRV this past December. He was friendly, patient and always available when I needed something. I went back several times because I am not an impulse buyer. I need to research and talk through things, and he was patient and not pushy throughout the process. He even stayed late a few times when needed. Same goes for other staff I worked with intermittently, all prompt and courteous. You would think friendly and good service would be a given when someone is trying to sell you something, but I find good service is extremely lacking a lot these days - but not here. I have not needed service yet, but I also chose this location because I heard from friends that the service here is great too. All in all, a great experience, and Deyber was great to work with.

I recently bought a new 2018 Honda Civic from Ourisman and my sales person Deyber Mendez, was simply fantastic. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Recently purchased a Honda Civic for my son from David Monash. He was very knowledgable and extremely patience with my son's numerous questions. He made the sales process easy and took the time to figure out what we were looking for. On the test drive he showed my son how all the equipment worked and also the different safety features. Unlikely other experiences with purchasing a car, he did not try any sell us the car but rather informed us of what the car offered. He let the car sell itself. I very much appreciated this. It was probably the most thorough test drive I have been on. He is very nice and took the time answering questions and made sure we understood the varies features and help my son set up his phone prior to us leaving. From start to finish David Monash from the Sales department was an amazing person to deal with. he was on top of everything and always made sure to keep me updated with what was going on with the paper work, he was very attentive and went out of his way to even teach me how to drive a stick shift vehicle. Which to my understanding that was probably not part of his job description, not once but twice was he on the road with me giving me tips on how to maneuver the vehicle and its stick shift functions. I also want to thank and note the great experience i had with Diego, he was very detailed with his explanation of the paper work and helped me meet my needs as soon as i explained exactly what i was looking for. Jose Amaya was helpful and patient (not at all pushy), and took the time to answer all of my many questions about the vehicle. He even accompanied me on a test drive on a busy Saturday. Took My Car in For Service; They Crashed it and Denied it
I took my 2016 Honda Accord Touring in for service on Saturday, May 6. While in Ourisman's possession, my vehicle was badly damaged. No one bothered to tell me what had happened, and when the vehicle was returned to me, I honestly did not notice it had been in some sort of collision. The fact that Ourisman staff would believe they could get away with something like this is quite disturbing. From Ourisman, I went directly home and it was not until I got there that my wife saw my car and we realized someone had either crashed it, or crashed into it. Needless to say, this happened at the dealership. After making multiple calls to the dealership -- and being treated very disrespectfully -- I took the car back to Oursiman and spoke with Al Samateh. He didn't appear very concerned; in fact, he appeared to be annoyed, as if I were causing him some sort of inconvenience. After more than an hour, he informed me that he would get back to me on Monday (two days later!) Indeed, after several calls I made Monday morning (I had to call them), Al finally got back to me and informed me that Ourisman would "take care of the car", and that I should bring it in for the repairs. While I was happy that my car would be repaired, Ithe attitudes of the staff -- and senior staff -- was highly inappropriate, rude, condescending, and altogether unprofessional. For all the trouble I was put through, I have yet to receive a simple apology. A simple apology. Is that really so much to ask? I am very surprised by this treatment and I'm overwhelmingly disappointed. In fact, I am the victim of the reckless and irresponsible behavior of the staff, yet it has been the staff that have treated me as if I were a dishonest person trying to scam them, when it has been them that tried to get away with damaging (considerably, I might add) my car. I took my car in the next day, expecting it to be FULLY and UNCONDITIONALLY repaired. After more than a week, they called to say the car was ready. I went to pick it up, and one of the smaller pieces had not been repaired. They didn't even bother to order a new part. They actually went out of their way to NOT repair the damages fully. And again, they thought they would get away with it. So, I took it in again. Two days later, they call to say the car was ready. Guess what? They managed to damage and nick one of the parts that they had just replaced. And guess what, here again they thought they would get away with it. So, I have to drop my car off for a THIRD time. And guess what? Still no apology, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Wouldn't make the deal, Bummed
We walked in hoping to lease a 2016 Civic. The would not budge on a deal nor try to find a car that would work. I left, called Browns in Arlington and Tysons Honda and both could swing a deal much better than here. We were so disappointed because we really wanted to bring our business here.
New Car Owner
As a first-time car purchaser, I was very pleased with the whole process. I especially appreciated that even though I went to the dealership with my parents (who are much more knowledgable in this arena than I am), Remoe Doherty, made sure that he was addressing me when it came to talking about the car and any questions I had during my time in the dealership. The only disappointing aspect of the night was that the car had a spot on it that the guys cleaning it up totally missed.
