Used car sale review

After purchasing this vehicle my wife and I discovered as soon we got home that the spare key was defective. Over six months of efforts to get this dealer to replace the defective key was futile. Eventually we purchased a spare key ourselves. This experience after buying the car makes Jones Junction Hyundai we cannot recommend, and suggest others avoid.

Professional, Transparent, Excellent Experience

This week I purchased my 4th Sonata from this dealership, and I will keep coming back. I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and could not be happier. I hear all of the stories about ripoffs and games played by dealerships when purchasing a new car , and have experienced this myself a long time ago. Every time I have purchased a vehicle here, it has always been a hassle free experience. This time , I was trading in a 2011 Sonata with very high mileage, some flaws in the body, and probably not the cleanest car around ;/ . The Sales Manager, Wallace ( my first time dealing with him ) could not have been more professional. He does not hide in some tower or executive office somewhere. He is right there for you. My salesman, Rodney Lloyd, was professional , knowledgeable, with no pressure added. I had to call him the next day to assist me with the Blue Link process, and he answered right away , took care of the entire process for me, and my Blue Link was ready and active when I got off of work. This was the second car he sold me. Hats off to them for treating the customer with the respect they deserve, and not just "chasing the money". I am a customer for life and I recommend them to anyone reading this review . Give them a shot, you will not be sorry

Car pick up experience

Ashley was wonderful, but she should have stayed and made sure my car was delivered to me properly. The shop was not busy the night I picked up my car. She told me that the attendant would bring the car through the garage doors and for me to wait by her desk. The attendant never brought the car inside. Another worker came up to me and asked if I was being helped. I replied that I was waiting on my car. She went to find attendant. Attendant replied that he brought the car around and it was outside. He did not bother to come in and find me or tell me the car was outside, SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THE KEYS IN IT!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!

My salesman Al Garfall, was personable yet professional. He had a vast knowledge of the Hyundai Elantra, as well as what was in stock which helped making a selection easy. This is my fifth Hyundai purchase and I can easily say that this time was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I should mention that financing was as easy to deal with as well, very friendly and professional. I am confidant that if I needed a new car, I would purchase it from Al and his team at Jones Hyundai. The greeting staff in the Service Department are excellent. They are professional and polite and friendly. They made me feel that I was important. My car was serviced and cleaned in the time frame promised. I am very pleased with their work. I especially like getting in my "clean as new" car. The Auto Butler folks did an excellent job.

Call Jones Hyundai this morning, for 37,500 miles service and was told I didn't need one. I took my vehicle in and was in and out in under an hour and my vehicle was wash to. The lady that check me in was very courteous during and after my service.

Quick return. question why warranty was not honnored.

Much quicker than expected seeing that the car was towed to the nearest dealer,being Thompson Hyundai, where it sat for 4 days for which I had to rent a car. After 4 days and not being touched I got it home in the limp home mode at 5 miles per hour, and paid to have it towed to Jones Junction. I got the loaner and returned home to get a phone call that the car was ready. I put $5.00 of gas in the loaner and picked up my car and returned home.
