No integrity

We recieved the Truecar certificate for the vehicle and went to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The dealership had removed the decals that made the vehicle unique and appealing. They were the reason we chose it and drove 45 minutes to see it. After that the sales person tried to add two thousand dollars to the Truecar price and when we argued they offered to "meet us halfway". I called Diane myself to see if she could rectify the situation, but she did not. She backed her salesperson until my wife spoke up and the salesperson finally went above Diane and got someone to match the Truecar price. So in the end we had to haggle and argue to get the Truecar price and they took the decals off the vehicle so it no longer resembled the picture shown online. At least the young Marine we brought in to buy this vehicle was not alone and did not fall for this inflation tactic. We should have left right away because our first interaction with the dealer was them backing out of an agreement, but he was set on this vehicle.

The thing that made my experience great was that my sales person transferred all of my major belongings from the old van to the new one while I was signing my finance papers. It was snowing pretty bad out side and his assistance aided me in getting home to my children and out of the weather faster.

Terrific Service Visit

I've bought 4 cars from Heritage and had my service done there for years now. For a lack of better words, I have grown extremely fed up with Heritage dealers as every single time I take a vehicle there they inevitably come out to me and every other person in the waiting room and tell us that something else needs to be repaired. I was married to a mechanic and know enough to know that they are simply lying to customers. My daughter started going to Jones and loved it. Therefore, I decided to try it as well. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service and vehicle service that I've received at Jones. I will definately visit Jones for the purchase of another new vehicle within the next year.

Big Help in transition

I've been to R&HToyota, and Jerry's Toyota before I decided to go to your dealership. But I already inquired thru email last August or September regarding my interest and was immediately replied by Diane Freyman. She then referred me to Carl Granville who guided me and my friend on our way there and assisted us the first time I went to your office, and worked with me all every step of the way until I was able to get my first car. I was given the information I wanted and needed. I am an immigrant and just been here 4 months and I was faced with the reality that I NEED a car to get around. Everyday was a struggle for me because I have no means of transportation going to work except for a taxi service which have cost me a lot of money. Like I said, I've been to other dealership also. Jones allowed me to choose the car I wanted and was able to avail it within my budget and to think when I first came, I did not bring any documents with me. I normally bring all the documents dealerships usually asks from clients, but I was treated with DIGNITY. With the first dealership I went to, I have all the necessary documents except that I have no Maryland driver's license. That time I am looking at purchasing a RAV4. But the dealership said that I am not elligible to get a RAV4 and offered me the Camry which is a SEDAN because of the cash back and a downpayment was asked and/or a co-sign/owner. Did I get a follow-up thru phone calls from them? YES, a lot of them! But was I offered or allowed to get the car I wanted? NO! I was not even given a quote on how much MSRP is and how much is my monthly based on the APR. With Jones, I was provided with a quote right away. So I know what my possible monthly payment would be. they also tried to help me by looking for banks that could give me loan with a low APR, but I don't have a credit history yet. I appreciate that effort.

Outstanding Customer Service

What a great feeling to know that my local dealer will go above and beyond to uphold their customer service values! My recent purchase of 2007 Dodge Ram quickly turned into what I thought was going to be a service nightmare. I bought a Dodge Ram from the used car lot at Jones. A week later, I brought it in to have the fluctuation in power checked out. Needed an O2 sensor and 16 spark plugs. Two weeks into owning my truck, I was told that I needed a water pump and the radiator needed to be replaced. Very upset and taking by surprise that my new purchase was going to cost me a third of what the truck is worth, I decided to reach out and ask for help. It wasn't long before I received a phone call from John Meyers apologizing for the situation and assuring me that Jones was going to make all the necessary repairs and cover all the cost. During the time that my truck was in the shop, Jones also provided me with a loaner car. I read so many horror stories about cars breaking down and the dealer refusing to help the customer out. I am writing this review to illustrate how Jones was willing to do the right thing to make sure that a customer continues to have a good experience. Jones definitely understands the customer comes first and I would recommend them to everyone.

Purches 2015 Jeep SUV From Jones

I was warmly welcome and interduce to Carlyn Brooks. Made it clear that I was not there to haggle and wanted the best deal that they could offer. Carlyn was very pleasant and the first time in my buying career that I got a woman as my sales person. She was great and very helpful. After looking at a few SUV's it came down to the one on the Show Room Floor and that is the one that I purchased. I also dealt with Dan, who was also very helpful, but Dan was ready to issue me a new set of tags and charge me the new fee. but we did run into a problem on the tag issue. I had just received my new tag renewal and 2016 . Dan was ready to issue me new tags and charge me me the new fee. I said no, I just received my new 2016 sticfker and was not going to pay twice for my 2016 sticker. Dan tried but was not successful to make the change in the computer. I have an original tag, FBI National Academy that I have had for years and didn't want to give up. Dan suggested I go to MVA as the computer would not let him make the transfer. On Wednesday morning I went to MVA and they said it could be done, but I would need the title and tag to turn in. I told them that I wanted to keep my FBI Naqtional tag. I am a little discussed that this issuede can't be handle thru Jones. This can't be the first time this issue has come up. Now, I am running around with a Dealer's tag on my car. Please help me get this issue ironed out. I certainly would appriciate it and make my first experience at Jones a perfect one. I was the only one in the family that did't buy a car from Jones until now. Both of my daugherts and their husbands, My grandson and My Granddaughter are all Jones customers.. Please help me keep my FBI National Academy tags on my new Jeep SUV.

Taylor (who manages the aftermarket products) was very helpful in getting my remote start installation scheduled - we had a tough time finding a date that worked for both of us, but she made it happen and kept me informed the whole time. Service adviser Paul Newman was friendly and helpful, as was the young lady who processed my paperwork for the loaner vehicle I drove while my car was being worked on.
