Paul and Team Were Great

But Paul, George, and Ryan were informative while ensuring I understood everything involved in the process without being… pushy like others can be. They gave me as much time as I needed to feel comfortable about the car and every step along the way while purchasing it. The documents and all are still just as crazy as they have been, if not more so, but they make it easy and explain what is what every step of the way. And that's not their fault anyway. They are thorough and correct in doing so. Plus they have a cool touch display system for part of it. Paul was also helpful in switching my insurance over to the new vehicle and gave me some good questions to ask that I might not have if I had called without him. Initially, I bought a 2023 CX-50 from them and had such a positive experience that I decided to buy my parents their first-ever brand new car. We opted for a 2024 CX30. Ken and… Tyler offered us a fantastic deal on the car, and I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciated their assistance. Despite living an hour and a half away, we chose to return to MileOne Mazda instead of our local dealership, and the drive was definitely worthwhile. Thank you Ken and Tyler!!! Mazda is designing and engineering fantastic cars. I’m achieving an average of 32 mpg with my non-turbo CX-50! I drove it in the snow for the first time and experienced AWD; the car was incredibly stable and gripped so well in the snow. While our family has traditionally owned Toyota and Lexus, we recently encountered issues with a Toyota Camry that had only 80,000 miles. Mazda truly offers exceptional value for the money. So far….the engine is reliable, the transmission is smooth, and the design is purposeful, focusing resources where they matter most while maintaining competitive pricing. The interior looks great. No Pressure, No Haggling, Great Follow Through

There was none of this from Josh Wolf or salesman Steve Ward. They were both engaged and determined to find me the car I… wanted. by John Affayroux on 03/26/2024We recently purchaced our second vehicle from Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. Our salesman for both purchases was Anthony Harris and his manager is Josh Wolf. Neither of these gentlemen acted in a manner that we expected. They were much… better! A lot of people are very quick to complain when they feel like they were treated badly on a transaction. A lot of those same people don't go in the other direction though when they are treated above and beyond what they were expecting. That's a little unfair we think. Both Anthony and Josh went out of their way to help us. We feel that their prices were fair on both purchaces and the trade in as well. The finance people, Cristos on the first vehicle and Cassandra on the recent one, were also both very helpful. We have no way of knowing if Heritage Mazda or MileOne will have what we might be looking for next time. We do know however, that we would certainly start our search there next time. Both Anthony and another manager, George, followed up with us after each purchace to see how we were doing. It is our pleasure to rate this dealer and the people we dealt with there, a solid 5 star, only because there was no 6 button. Thank you, John & Jeannie AffayrouxJohn, thank you for your feedback. Excellent Dealership

Heritage Mazda Bel Air in Fallston, MD, was the best of the fifteen dealerships I’ve dealt with… recently. They were very respectful, responsive, and professional throughout the car buying process, and more importantly, they gave me the deal I was hoping for. The initial point of contact was very responsive, and when they had the right vehicle for me, he didn’t delay informing me and making sure I came to see it. The sales lady was excellent; she was polite and respectful, and she catered to all of our needs, including entertaining our toddler while my wife and I discussed the purchase, which, in my book was exceptional. She created a video of the car personally for me so I could better decide on the color we wanted. This sales lady went above and beyond for my family, and I appreciate her hard work and dedication to our needs. You never feel that you are dealing with Sale people like other dealership,… you feel like talking to friends that guide towards want you want or need.
