Dishonesty & Deception
They advertise a price on their website. When inquiring about the vehicle, there is a questionnaire to determine what incentives the buyer qualifies for and then they send a quote for a higher price than advertised since no one usually qualifies for all the incentives. When you show up at the dealership, they present you with disclaimers and additional charges they claim were not originally included in the price given, such as the destination charges. When confronted with their lies, they claim they made a mistake. They make the buying experience a horrific event. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I encourage every perspective buyer to stay away from Antwerpen.
Great Buying Experience
There are a lot of Jeep dealerships in Baltimore, and when I visited some of them on my own, without price shopping beforehand, I got the run around....promotions that weren't honored, costs not disclosed until I got to a settlement sheet, etc......the stuff we car buyers hate. After I knew exactly the model and features I wanted, I went to True Car website for a quote, and got not only the quote, but a list of Baltimore Jeep dealers who were supposed to honor the quote. After checking with each of those dealers, the only dealer that fully honored the quote was Antwerpen. All the other dealers tried to add additional costs, except for Antwerpen. They told me they would honor the True Car quote, and they did, without adding a penny more, even though they had to obtain the vehicle I wanted from another location. Everything they promised to do, they did! I worked with Maurice Mitchell (Sales Manager) and Charles Green (Internet Sales Manager) and I would highly recommend both. I had an A+ buying experience and would encourage any others interested in buying a Jeep to work with them.

2011 Town and Country Limited
Started new great relationship with Chrysler dealer. Bought "program car" with 8K miles, flawless condition, every option, very good price and deal, same warranty as new car. New as used cars would be handled by same team. Sales, parts, business and service reps, all very cordial, cooperative and reasonable. There were a couple of glitches initially (they are unavoidable) and they went the extra mile to resolve them. They seem to understand that it's all about the long term relationship, not just the initial transaction. They're trying to make living just like anyone else. Looking forward to doing all the service and repairs with Antwerpen MOPAR Catonsville.

Best car buying experience yet!
This is the 4th car I bought and it was the best experience to date. Everyone was very professional, courteous, honest and upfront. The General Sales Manager and my Sales Person were knowledgeable about the car and finance options and I didn't feel pressured about the purchase. I would highly recommend Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep to anyone in the market.

In my life i have purchased 10 new cars, three new trucks, and two new motorcycles. All together, a lot of slick characters. My single worst experience was the last time we dealt with antwerpen. I had been warned but did not believe they had fallen so low. They had and still are. Easily the worst advertisement for a dodge, jeep, or chrysler car or truck is antwerpen. A salesman for them who now is a sales manager for another dealership told me that the tactics they use are dictated by mr. Antwerpen himself. [non-permissible content removed]
