Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever!

I knew exactly what I wanted when I came to see Al Zayas. He immediately got me behind the wheel for a test drive. This purchase was the easiest one yet! My trade in appraisal was done by Burnie Church and it took about a total of 15 minutes, tops! Other dealers who have appraised, or have offered to appraise, my car took over 30 minutes. During any waiting time of this process at Criswell I never felt tied down, pressured or uncomfortable. Employees are very very friendly and share many smiles. Angela Behr, my finance manager, was super sweet and simplified all paperwork for me. She even contacted the banks personally to make sure I received the best deal.! I will ALWAYS recommend buying from Criswell Companies to anyone in the future!

Destroyed my engine...stay away!

I had my 2015 Audi A3 towed to Audi of Annapolis when it broke down. This was one of many Audi of Annapolis dealer visits during my 10K miles of ownership, because apparently fixing a car properly isn't their expertise. They had the car for several weeks, and replaced the engine under factory warranty (as I only had 35K miles on the car). As soon as I drove off, an EPC light illuminated and put the engine into a reduced power mode. I brought the car in and they said they replaced a sensor, so that it was functioning properly again. I then drove the car only a few hundred miles, and it broke down again. Now, it apparently needs another new engine (after less than 500 miles). They claim to have done nothing wrong, and are refusing to pay for my new engine because they claim I did something wrong. If you want your engine to fail and be without a vehicle or money in your bank account, Audi of Annapolis is the place. I will be filing complaints with the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, and taking further legal action.

Amazing Experience

If you are in the market for a car, go talk to Lake Walton. Lake guided me through a complex car trading and buying experience with ease, honesty and respect. I drove away in the car I wanted on the terms I needed. I think at any other dealer with any other sales rep the experience wouldn't have been so positive. I cannot say enough good things. Best car buying experience I've ever had!

Lake and Alan Hannon went above their job requirements to provide the best customer service experience! I found the used Audi on cargurus.com and was contacted immediately by their dealership. My other half and I are emergency personnel and do not work traditional schedules. Lake and Alan were patient with our endless phone calls, emails, and delays due to our work schedule. We already knew we were getting a good deal through car gurus, but Lake and Alan made sure we got a great deal! We came from out of state. They came in early just for us, offered to pick us up from the airport or drop off the rental car, anything we needed. They walked us through step by step how to set up the vehicle just how we wanted and gave a crash course on all of the settings. The car was in even better condition than the pictures online showed. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would drive the 600miles to do it all over again. I cannot praise their dealership enough or how polite and helpful everyone was. This added vehicle #5 to our diesel fleet and this was hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had.

Much thanks to Vance Ellis / Sales Consultant, Alan Hannon / Sales Manager and Dawn Harper / Finance Manager. They were all very professional, personable, informative and accommodating. All of my questions were answered with great detail and a pleasant disposition. I really appreciated that pressure tactics were not used, in effort to persuade me to purchase a vehicle. Additionally, the price for the vehicle was the absolute best, especially considering the options and upgrades! Great Service from Criswell, Poo on Audi

I was very pleased with the attention to detail, willingness to provide detailed answers to my questions, and friendliness of the staff at Criswell. They performed my 55K mile checkup promptly and efficiently. One thing I wanted was to get the nav computer updated. The map data are five years old. My service writer explained the process and noted that there have been some complaints that some new roads in the local area, such as MD 200, are still not included. That was a deal breaker, and I elected not to get the update. I remain upset that Audi cannot provide a suitable map update.

Great Experience Start to Finish

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Cramer and Allan Hannon on the purchase of a new Audi Q5. They really listened, helped me find just what I wanted, and met all of my expectations in terms of price/trade in, etc. I thought I could only get into a used car... they showed me a path of getting into a new car. I was excited beyond words. The experience was fast and painless. This is my second time buying from Alan... and when the time comes again, I will go back to Criswell Audi. P.S. When I got home, I realized I had forgotten a few things in the trunk of the car I traded in. Dwayne Jennings, who was not even my sales person, dropped everything when I returned. He helped me retrieve all of my items and made it clear if I needed anything else, not to hesitate to let him know. Customer Service is clearly a #1 priority, and I so appreciated it.

Q7 part instatlation

I needed a specific plug installed in my Q7 for towing. I contacted Criswell to explain what I needed and promptly got a reply with recommendations and options. Late on a Saturday I emailed that I wanted to set up an appointment for the following week. To my surprise, I got a return email on a Sunday morning saying they had confirmed the part in stock and just let them know when I would arrive and they would have everything ready. When I arrived the part was ready on the service advisors desk and the paperwork already in order. Its no exaggeration that I hardly had time to sit down when I saw my vehicle being pulled up by the door. I couldn't believe it was finished. This is by far the best service visit I have ever experienced with any car I have ever owned. They aren't my closest dealer, but certainly worth the drive!

LIFESAVERS!!!

So, I never write reviews for anything. But, This story deserves to be told. On December 29th, 2012 I bought a 2009 Audi A4 Premium from Criswell Audi. The experience was good and I liked doing business with them. The dealership was always helpful with service issues and I was impressed with the overall level of service. That is where this story begins. On December 27th, 2014, I was in a head-on collision on I-295 around Richmond, VA. I went from 70 to stopped in less than a second and I am convinced my Audi saved my life. Unfortunately, it was obvious that my car, which I loved, was totaled and I would need a new one. My third phone call was to Mr. Alan Hannon at Criswell Audi. Once Alan heard my story, he and my salesman Vance Ellis immediately got to work finding me a replacement vehicle. Meanwhile, the people in the service department got to work getting me the service records for my old car which raised the insurance value of my totaled car. Alan and Vance were patient and worked very hard to get me into an even better 2013 Audi A4 Premium Plus at a price I could afford. It is obvious that Alan, Vance and the entire Criswell team care about their customers. I am a customer for life.

I got a brand new a4, everyone was very friendly. Al was very knowledgeable and tried his best to find the car I exactly asked for. I have a very busy schedule and he was very understanding and did his best to work around me. He even came in when he wasn't supposed to work. Dawn did a nice swift job, she made the paperwork smooth and speedy. Good people, great dealership. I highly recommend going to Criswell Audi for any future purchases!

I had been searching for a CPO Acura or Audi for a few months when I found Criswell Acura and Audi. To my surprise and relief both dealerships are located next door to each other which my test drive and and decision making quite easy. I first chatted with Al Z. on the phone and then in person that afternoon and boy did he deliver outstanding professional service. It was very obvious that Al knew both of his products very well. I felt that he was honest about both the Acura and Audi and did not try to persuade me to either car and he let me make my own decision after he shared his knowledge with me. All in all I would recommend this dealership since everyone was friendly and delivered a stressless buying experience. And if you're lucky Al will take good care of you too!

Horrible Service

Audi service is horrible. I bought new a Q7 TDI and a Q5 for my wife. First the Audi dealer overfills the oil in the Q7 causing all kinds of problems and would not fix them because the car was just out of warranty. Then my coolant in the Q5 starts leaking all over the garage and they say it won’t be fixed under warranty because the leak could be caused from an “outside influence”. I called Audi America who says “sorry” nothing we can do…. I am going to relay my terrible experience on every blog I can find. Such a shame as I really loved the Q7 and thought I could get more than 70k miles out of it.

I test drove an A4 on a whim because I happened to be driving by Criswell Audi on my way to another dealership to test drive the car I thought I had my mind set-on. I am glad I did. Take your $, stall, then renege on the car

Beware. Poor customer service. Poor customer communications. After putting down a down payment on an order, waited a month to hear back on a status, had to drive in to get a status only to be told that the car wasn't really ordered but the salesperson, Adam, would get back to me on real status. After failing to do that had to reach out yet again where the sales manager got back to me. After giving him 3+ weeks to get a status from their system - nothing but my money back. After 2 months, no car, not even a status on an order. Soured on the 'Audi Experience'. Buy somewhere else. Buy something else.

Excellent service from start to finish

I found the dealer from Edmunds and negotiated everything for my Audi Q5 via email. Not only did I get an above average price, but I guess a lot of paperwork was done ahead of time because it was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever made. The salesperson and his manager were very responsive to email inquiries throughout the day and the salesperson was very thorough with the explanation of all the car features (lots of them). The dealership is not too close to home, but they had the model I wanted in stock, so I was very appreciative the check out process was so concise and speedy. Would definitely recommend the dealership.

Broken Promise

While waiting to pay for the vehicle I noticed the radio did not work. I brought this to their attention and they promised to get in in the next business day and fix it. When I called them they referred me to the local Honda dealer and let me know I am on my own, they are not responsible for the repair.
