Nice cars but priced high
Not much negotiation on used cars. Not too much pressure but they said mechanic checked cars before being put on used car lot. Not true. Pre-existing water pump issue was not found during their check and they would not cover 30 days later because I did not purchase extended warranty. Had to replace wiper blades and cabin air filter myself. Leather seats were dirty and dog hair was in crevices of seats. Candy and kids toys in lay down seat flaps and even had empty gatoraide bottle. Be sure to have any vehicle even being considered to be checked by outside mechanic before signing anything. I can say I do not feel"Completely Satisfied" per their motto.

Horrible Service Do not Buy from Dupplessis GMC
I purchased a 2009 GMC Acadia from Duplessis GMC in Jan. 2009, I was in Love, seemed like a great car. I do a lot of carpooling, so it was roomy as well. At 4536 miles the ngine light came on. I had just been back to Duplessis GMC a few days earlier to have the fisrt oil and filter change. At that time they also did a 27 point inspection and obviously found nothing wrong. So 200 miles later I am having an engine light glaring at me and I went back to the dealer immediately. I was told that it was a warranty issue and after 4 hrs. waiting me car was fixed. Later I found out that the customer concern could not be duplicated and no work was done. Since then I have had nothing but trouble. I have been back beacause of the engine light several times and I even had a lesser Acadia as a loaner for 2 months. While they completly dismantled the engine. Yes, it took 2 months. My car has never been right since.I am now in that loaner and I am being told that GM will not buyback the vehicle. My next step is to get a lawyer involved. Further more the orignal salesman will not return my calls, and the service advisor is just plain incompetent. They wont let me speak to a technician so I can give as much info as may be needed. I am willing to even take the car back but only if it is fixed. If I do get stuck with this mess I will at the very least take it somewhere else. I feel like most of the problem is with the dealership staff. They are rude, incompetant, and very uncooperative to my expectations. I will deffinantly go back to a lexus with Im through with this mess.
