Work Well Done

I had my oil changed and the 25,000 mile checkup/service. Several air filters were fairly clogged and the service writer brought them to me and showed them to me. I agreed they needed to be changed. Everything done, I was out in less than 45 minutes. As always, all of your employees I came in contact with were pleasant, courteous and professional. You guys always do good work! Thanks!

Fast service, lacking in the details

Fast service, however the tech that filled up the DEF tank overflowed it down the side of my truck and didn't clean it off. Also had so much oil dripping off my oil filter I thought it was leaking when I got home and saw it dripping in my garage. Big Sexy was wrote in permanent marker on the bottom of oil filter.

2014 escape Love it. Took in for oil change and tire rotation. Ended up needing a recall fix and turn signal bulb. Had to get bulb from off site. Took awhile but the service rep kept me informed every step of the way. Very pleasant.

I took my 2013 Ford Fusion in because the passenger side door would not close. I found out there was a recall on the Focus that actually applied to the Fusion. Wray Ford was great and not only put me in a rental and fixed my problem but they also took care of three more recalls the car had. Thanks for the great service!!!!!
