2015 Cadillac Escalade Cruise Control

onI dropped my truck off on June 27th for an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. It took over a week for my truck to even be looked at. I understand it was around the holiday weekend however I’m not sure what the point is of making an appointment so far in advanced to have my vehicle put to the back of the line. The issue has been ongoing and this is the second dealership who has left me out a vehicle for 7+ days and is unable to further explain what this issue could be caused by other than a faulty camera. The camera has already been replaced once less than a year ago. Due to the circumstances and need for a vehicle I paid the service fee and did not leave my vehicle to be repaired. I was very dissatisfied in one dealership already and had hopes this issue would be handled in a more prompt and professional manner.

onSales guy and finance guy were helpful. Really got under paid for my trade. NO discount off sticker price. Chevy advertising 9k off sticker, I got 4k. Really disappointing.
