Disappointed

Avoid this dealer at all costs!! Called and texted about an advertised car for a week. Seemed like a good deal. Arranged to see the vehicle on my day off. Salesman asked to text him when I would arrive. Made the 4 1/2 hour drive with my wife and kids to get there and got a text 30 min out that it was being sold. But they could "work wth me to make a deal" on another car. Got there and the advertised car was nowhere in sight. Salesman never asked for a deposit but lied and claimed he had. Sales manager then said they couldn't hold a car anyway. Both lies. Didn't offer a comparable deal. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! Would give zero stars if this was an option. SLEAZY!!

I recently purchased a 2010 Mazda Miata mx5 from this dealer when I got home I found it did not have all the options it was listed with when I called the salesman I receiver no help and after that he would not answer calls or when I left messages he would not call back so I would highly not recommend this dealer

Lied to

Heard good things but we were treated awful. My daughter was buying 1st used car. We went back and forth on price cause she's on limited budget. As we were going to leave they said they sale it for a certain amount which included taxes, license and title transfer. 3 people told us yes. The 3 of us asked and they told us all that. When we agreed and were signing papers asked again and he said taxes, license and title transfer were included. We get home and couple days later she gets a check for the taxes. We get to DMV and there's not enough either to cover taxes and title and license. She is $200 short. She only works part time. If they don't work well with other states they should tell people. She called and called to talk to finance man and left message after message and he refused to call her. I emailed them and nothing back from them but they sure answer when you're going to buy. I want people out of state to see that you will get screwed because they don't care about anything but money.

Nightmare

This place was a nightmare to try and make a deal with. I went to look at a used Ram that the dealership has advertised for 4 months. The truck was very nice and I was interested. When we sat down to look at numbers, they stuck on several extra fees plus a warranty that cost several thousand dollars. After that, they were unwilling to come a dollar off of their asking price, but tried to tell me they came down several thousand when it was just the warranty being taken off. The place was a joke and they think you are an idiot. Only go here if you want to pay full asking price plus ridiculous fees for them to hand you the title for the car.

Don't Get Your Vehicle Fixed Here!

In December, my car began to present a problem; it drove fine at highway speeds, but when I'm in rush hour traffic with lots of stops, my car seized up and died on me. This was exceedingly dangerous and I was able to quickly throw my car into park, turn the ignition off and back on, and be on my merry way without an accident. I was informed that Steve Jones in Owensboro was the place to take my car. I had to pay $85 for them to "diagnose" the problem; I needed a new battery! Lacking the funds on hand, they recommended that I sign up for a GEMoney card which would allow me to pay off this simple service on my limited income. Unfortunately, changing the battery didn't fix the problem. My car still putt-putted and died if I dared to slow down to a stop at a stop light or a stop sign, or even when I'm looking for parking spaces. I took my car back in to Steve Jones, and they said, "Oh! You need to get your throttle body cleaned out!" So I agreed to let them do that and went back on my merry way, but wouldn't you know it, the problem STILL presented itself. It's like the mechanics didn't even take it for a test drive around the block to experience the problem for themselves so they could pinpoint it! (Hint: They obviously didn't.) I decided to give them one more chance, and THIS time they said "Oh! You need to get your O2 sensor replaced!" After these services, I had racked up almost a thousand dollars on my GEMoney card and my car still died on me if I slowed down, so I had to settle for tapping the gas while riding the brake when I'm in slow traffic. This is extremely unfortunate because this caused me to get pulled over by law enforcement who were troubled by me jerking my car around at stop lights...all because the mechanics at Steve Jones couldn't fix a simple problem. Anyhow, it's almost the end of June and I FINALLY paid off the GEMoney card and closed out the account. My car's still not doing good, but at least I am now in a position to start saving up money to take my car someplace that would PROPERLY diagnose the problem and fix it so I wouldn't have to destroy my brake pads at low speeds.
