I wanted to tell anyone who is thinking about going to Muller acura for service. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin from service. He was excellent. I could not believe how friendly and knowledgeable he was. The mechanic did a wonderful job as well. I would recommend anyone to go to Muller and ask for Kevin in service.

Incompetent and Untrustworthy

The service department at Muller is incompetent and not trustworthy. I had my wife’s MDX there 2 week’s ago for an ($80, mind you) oil change. With the inspection, I intentionally asked the service person about the tire pressure and the battery. We were heading to MI for Christmas and I didn’t want to have any issues. Service person said tires were all good and battery was fine. Christmas Eve, we get in the car to go to MI and I get a warning light about tire pressure being low. Had to stop and get air before we left. In Michigan, we go to move car in driveway on Christmas Day and I get a warning light about replacing battery. Took to battery store and had it tested, more than 200 amps short of what it should have been. All of the problems I specifically wanted to avoid by having the car serviced by Muller surfaced as problems for me. When I called about it, I got transferred to the parts department. They told me Mike Powell would call me back, but it’s been two days and I still haven’t heard from him. It’s evident that this dealership is only interested in making money and not satisfying customers. Can’t even return a phone call. I have leased a TL, RDX and purchased an MDX from Muller but I’m done. Won’t even be returning for service going forward. My advice, don’t buy a car from Muller and DEFINITELY don’t have your car serviced at Muller.

2016 Lease

I cannot say enough about my experience at Muller Acura. My lease on my 2013 MDX was coming due and I went for an oil change and drove away in my new 2016 MDX. Paul and Sean are great. Glen Muller runs an exceptional dealership. Service is also a plus. Michael, Service Manager is always smiling and gets the job done. I am enjoying my new MDX and highly recommend Muller Acura.

Thrilled With The Experience at Muller

My husband and I live in the St. Louis, MO area and drove to Chicago area on Friday to purchase a used vehicle at another dealership. It was supposed to be a same day round trip. However, that didn't happen because it got to be late on Friday and we weren't able to make the deal because that dealership paid too much for the vehicle when they took it in and wanted to be able to pass their loss on to us. No thanks! Anyway, we stayed the night at a hotel and Saturday morning looked online for similar cars in the area. We'd never been or planned to go to Indiana, but since it was only 45 minutes from our hotel, we called on a nice-sounding vehicle. I asked the salesman, Rich, to please go physically check on the car to see if it had anything wrong with it before we drove over there for nothing.He called me back after a few minutes to apologize and tell me that apparently the car was sold the day before. I was disappointed because I thought it sounded just what we'd been searching for. About 10-15 minutes later we received a call from the sales manager, Paul, indicating that the car was not sold the day before, but merely loaned out to a customer while her car was being serviced, and if we were still interested, he'd find out how soon the customer would be able to return it. Of course, we excitedly said "Yes"! Paul called us back within just a few minutes and said it would be back within 2 hours if we wanted to come in to take a look at it. We arrived at the dealership about an hour and 15 minutes later and spotted the car on the lot, so we parked next to it and got out to look it over. Rich came outside to greet us and made useful most welcome. He apologized right away for the confusion. We were so excited and thrilled with the car and happy that the staff members communicated with one another then called us back right away!! Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating, that I must say it was probably one of the smoothest transaction and car-buying experiences we've ever had!! We would most definitely recommend Muller Acura to anyone in the market for a car!

Great people!

Very friendly from the second I stepped foot through the door. Asked if I had ever been to Muller Acura before and what I was there for. Test drive went great! They have massagers, TV, and drinks while you wait. Very attentive and caring. Overall a very, very wonderful experience.

Beyond Disappointed

I am beyond disappointed with the sales staff. Agreed to pick up the vehicle in two days, my salesman never mentioned he wouldn't be in. My salesman lied to me on a few occasions. Didn't give me a name to ask for. The vehicle wasn't fully ready when I arrived. Two different salesmen had to "deal" with me. And I could tell how annoyed they were with me. The vehicle's gas light was on when I picked it up. I feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer since I wasn't purchasing one of their $55,000 vehicles. I now have to drive over an hour to bring the vehicle back to have something "fixed" that they neglected to do that was in the purchase agreement. I'm sure I'll be treated even worse when I arrive this time. I guess I should have walked away from this dealership. But I LOVE my new vehicle.
