Great place to purchase a vehicle

My husband and I have purchased vehicles at Kenny Kent over the years and yesterday was no exception as to how easy it is to work with them. Our salesman, John Doss, goes out of his way to accommodate us, as did Russell in financing. We plan to stay with them in the future for maintenance, repairs and purchases as needed. We would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent enjoyable experience every time!

Wonderful courteous and knowledgable staff. An overall enjoyable experience from the time you walk in the door to the time they hand you your keys. Kenny Kent offers great vehicles to choose from. It is nice to be able to buy a luxury vehicle for my husband and I and also be able to purchase safe recreational vehicles to provide to our new drivers (children) at home. We appreciate the quick well thought out solutions to our ever changing needs. We are also impressed with how well our past purchases have retained their quality and value over the years. Over the past ten + years i have purchased or leased 3 sequoias, 2 Lexus GX's, and 3 Rav's and my buying and maintenance experiences have all been wonderful. Being a very busy Mom of six it is appreciated that when making a service appointment my car is ready when promised and courtesy calls are made to keep me informed of their progress. If in rare occasions that they find an improvement that needs to be made to my vehicle an accurate estimate is always given. A big thank you from our family for helping us solve our transportation needs and keeping our family members safe while they are on the road!

Battery issues

Our 2010 Camry requires a new battery every 2 years. If the car sits for over 3 to 4 days it will not start be cause the battery has been drained for some unknown reason. Kenny Kent says that this is normal.

Bad experience, bad service

Wasted a lot of time over there. They gave a wrong price quote and asked me to talk on site. I spent two hours driving to this dealer and then wasted a lot of time waiting. The salesperson only said "The price you want is for another model. I don't know why I gave you the wrong price". But the model is right in the email. What a stupid sorry! I will never go there again!

Unpleasant and Unfriendly Salespeople

The salesperson who helped me do the test drive was ok but the problem occurred when I asked for the total final price for the car. The price they're charging is only about $300 less than the MSRP & everyone knows that no one pays the sticker price. I went through line by line as to the other charges & came across the "TDA" or "TAD" for about $479 --- which the sales manager said is their "advertising expense". I asked why I have to pay for it & he obnoxiously said " well, it's something we pay that we just have to pass on to buyers & if we can make this thing easy for you by not selling the car then so be it..." Needless to say, my buying experience which I hoped to be pleasant was a big disappointment! My colleague & I felt like we we're probably not treated right because we're Asians ! They did not even show any sign of interest in our business or offer compromising arrangements as to the price they're charging us. I am very much prepared to give them business with the conviction that they'll be forthright with a reasonable price for the car and not annoyed when someone asks for what those added charges are for. I never felt so discriminated and mistreated before and this is definitely an unpleasant experience
