Fix back door on Nissan
Identified problem and fixed the same day as well as inspecting the vehicle to make sure levels were still satisfactory
Worse service ever
I purchased an suv...obviously it was a used one because it was disgusting and dirty on the inside and outside more so the back seating area...Well I mentioned it to my sales rep about the inside and he already knew about the outside because as we was walking to the car he already offered a wash and he told me to come back any time for free DETAIL AND WASH! Ok so took my car in to get that plus paid for an oil change but guess what..only the oil Changed was done and I had already had my car there for hours ..the women who set me up With everything apologized and showed where she wrote it in on the paper work but said they must of looked over it! Now this just blows my mind , I take my car back for a 3rd time this Morning again for the wash and DETAIL and I got a wash and jus a simple vacuum and I would say just dusted my rugs off...it is still disgusting and the SAME spots where it’s was green and stick are still there from when I first purchased the vehicle that was the main reason of me getting the DETAIL! ..I will leave a review on the FB page and upload pics if I can but I love my SUV though ...... I can assure I will not recommend this company to anyone..
Great Dealership with great cars
My husband and I were very impressed with our Sales Consultant and the 2018 Nissan Rogue (which we ended up purchasing). Tyler was extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. He explained pretty much every detail of the car to us (even down to the bolts that secure the engine in place) and answered all of our questions. We had been working with a few other dealerships trying to find the perfect new family car and I actually wasn't sure I'd like the Nissans. But after test driving and learning all the incredible features I didn't want any other car! The Nissan dealership does a great job making sure you know every aspect of the car you are purchasing before leaving the lot so we are very confident in the purchase we made! The only downside was my trade-in (another dealership had offered me more) so I was a little disappointed in their offer. I'd definitely recommend going in with a firm idea of what you want for your trade-in. However, we still ended up with a pretty good deal.
Oil Change & Tire Maintenance
I have never met such a qualified and considerate team. Scott, I am the woman who your friend Robert Ervin called to assist me in purchasing a car... It was literally the best experience in purchasing a vehicle my husband & I ever had. Ralph has since passed away and your team still goes above and beyond to satisfy all maintenance requirements with superb attention and personal care. Excellent car buying experience
This was the second time doing business with DPatrick Nissan and it was an all around great experience. Service guy was super nice! Ian washed my car and I had a lot of tar on both sides and wheel cover, got it all, perfect! My daughter also bragged how he did with her car and how pleased she was overall! Thank you!

Justin Hicks/Aaron Miller are also a Great Value to the company!! Overall the entire Nissan Dealership is hands down the most honest & respectful out there!!!
oops i did it again
was so much of a good experience, i purchase again. my first time buying a car was horrible-and honestly coming to DPatrick,they made my experience and trouble go away. They not only honor what I was willing to pay at another dealership an order for me to walk away with a vehicle. But after hearing about what they did and cause so much trauma in my life they pushed back my payments for 3 months just to allow me to restack my money that I had to pay out, and dispute to another agency because of another car company leak vital information. I will quote this what one of the dealers said to me, " we treat you like family and try to protect our own as if we would want our mothers to be protected". He not allow said that, but along with we our family, we don't compete individually, which I know as a sales person in my pass. You do compete- but what I took out of it. He meant it as, how some sales people are all for themselves individually. He meant it as, we are a whole-wither I brought a car from him or someone else there, you guys are a family and your competition is as a group with other outside sources and other dealership companies not with each other. And I truly like that about you guys, each customer is not a salle, you guys reach out to make it personal to keep us satisfy.
New Car Purchase
Cody Lewis met me when I arrived at Nissan considering the purchase of a new car. I was impressed with his calm, friendly & pleasant presence. At that visit I only wanted to look at & sit in the Rogue Sport. Then I came back for a test drive. Then brought my daughter & son-in-law. More test driving & lots of questions. We were impressed with Cody's vast knowledge about the vehicle & all Nissan vehicles. On our fourth visit I bought a Rogue SL. Cody was patient and available by phone & at the dealership. He introduced me to management on my first visit & subsequent visits. I found the dealership friendly, caring and attentive. Even the other salesmen were cordial. The entire experience from walking through that door the first time to signing the check & driving away in my new car was amazing. Cody even took me to the service area & introduced me to a service rep who explained the process when I bring my car in for service. Impressive!! Being a widowed woman in my 70s buying a car for the first time by myself was a scary prospect , stressful & unpleasant work. Cody made it relaxed & fun. The facility is clean, comfortable & welcoming. We will spread the word. I live my new car!!! Thank you!!
