Great experience overall… easy to work with despite crazy availability and pricing issues during pandemic. Neil was upfront and low pressure. We never dealt with anyone else at dealership… he handled sales, financing, closing and delivery. Recommended for Jeeps if you’re willing to look outside the greater Chicago area.

Neil Marek went way above and beyond to get us the car we wanted at the best price. Gave a more than fair value on our trade ins. No beating around the bush. No hidden fees. No "marketing tactics" to get us in the door. Quite simply, the best price offered out of 9 other dealers. He went way out of his way getting us exactly the car we wanted. After finding the car of our dreams online, I was dreading the 2.5 hour drive from my home to the dealership... I detest dealing with car salesmen... I never feel like I can trust what they say, I usually get the runaround, broken promises, and the feeling of being passed from person to person. But Neal at Fieldhouse Dodge Jeep RAM surprised me: he was easy to work with and was the only person we had to deal with... from texting before we arrived, through financing, and out the door. He even cleaned the dashboard before we left. I would recommend Neal and Fieldhouse. We expected the worst, but found the best!
