I worked directly with the internet department before stopping in. Vehicle was pulled up front and ready for test drive. After making a deal finance ONLY TOOK 1 hour. I was shocked! What a great crew of people.

Phone Solicitation Abuse after lease was over

Rizza Buick, Tinley Park, Il called excessively as my lease was coming up they started at 9 mos left in my lease. To make matters worse after turning in my leased Verano I received no less than 6 calls to turn in the car I already turned in. I asked them not to call me on all of these calls,. After the 4th call I called the sales manager and he confirmed I would not be called. 2 Hours later I received a call from another sales person to turn in my car. It gets worse, I filed a complaint with Buick Corporate Office, and received an e-mail verification from the dealership General Manger that I would not be called and within a week of this confirmation I got another call about turning in my leased vehicle that I already turned in..

Typical Run Around

The floor salesman was great. However when it came time to talk numbers the manager blew it for him. We were insulted by the offer. As if we can't do math. They were basically offering me nothing for my trade in (which has plenty of value according to blue book, Carmax offered more even) and full window price of vehicle we were looking at. They tell you, "we will offer you this much for your car" but roll everything on top of new vehicle cost which translates to still paying off my car on top of the new one = negative value for my car. Do the math before and while there, also keep your keys. They like to play the hide your keys game to keep talking to you.

Disorganized

Rizza was the only one of the 5 dealers I emailed that did not get back to me. When I called them they gave me a price $700 higher than my lowest offer. When I told them my lowest they immediately agreed to match it. When they got back to me their math was off (in their favor of course) by $200. Definitely didn't feel like a valued potential customer.
