There aren’t enough stars to give to Zeigler Nissan. From our salesman, Djamal to Moe Rashid (GM) to Sean Galvin at closing, my family’s needs were met and we were treated with kindness and respect throughout. We drove away and knew we made the right choice. I won’t go anywhere else the next time we need a vehicle and I’d recommend this to any friend or family member looking to purchase a reliable and affordable vehicle. This dealership experience was amazing. The wonderful customer service starts with your 1st interaction with their online management team Sam and especially Trisha. I called so many times with many questions and Trisha did not hesitate to put my mind ease and encourage me to keep calling and asking. She went so far as to meet me when i arrived for my test drive and introduce me to the salesman she recommended for my search. Now- the salesman. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Djamal Oucif. His experience and knowledge on my Nissan shined through his face mask. He is so personable and made me genuinely feel like i was getting the "friends and family" treatment. He explained what to expect on every step on the process and made sure I never felt overwhelmed or unsure. He brought a sense of expertise to the table that gave me confidence in the vehicle and dealership. I will be sending anyone that will listen, over to see Djamal for their car buying journey. I could not have been happier with my purchase and experience.

Dishonest sticker price

I visited Zeigler Nissan to test drive a 2017 Nissan Rogue, (Stock: P5171) that was listed on Edmunds and their website for $17,994. It was a great car and I was ready to purchase. However, when we began negotiating the salesperson said the price did not include all of the fees and he added $4,000 to the sticker price. So, the price went up to $22,000 and was well out of my price range. It was completely unprofessional and a waste of about 2 hours of my time. I understand there are always fees associated with used cars, but the advertised price should be inclusive of those fees. The experience was a huge disappointment.

So far this has been my best car buying experience to date. I worked with Djamal Oucif and everything was cut and dry and I felt like I walked out with a good vehicle and fair deal. Nothing like my previous experience at a different dealer where I felt like I was taken advantage of. I'd do business with Djamal and Zeigler again!
