  • My Jeep told me that he feels like a million!

    My Jeep is my road dog and yes it's a boy vehicle..we've been together through some miles. So I know when it's not maneuvering like it should, plus this time the engine light appeared. Those warning lights get my attention. So i dropped my vehicle off at Castle Jeep to determine what was going on with my vehicle. Now, while my wallet is a couple of pounds lighter at the moment, my buddy drives once more like it thinks it's a year old again. Castle Jeep took care of my baby with old fashioned professionalism and thoroughness...AND gave him a bath :-). They shuttled me home and collected me for the return. That's a class act service that I've come to expect. I can just imagine that my buddy was smiling when I picked it up.

    A regular maintenance trip. Staff is friendly. Workers gave some diagnosis and got back to me around one hour and 15 minutes. I paid what they asked for. That’s the price I have to pay. No complain. In this economy, I am really thankful that I can get help when I need it. That’s the most important thing. By the way, last time they fixed my car and let my vehicle work again on the same day without an appointment. Ok, so if I chose the price was not fair or the quote was not accurate can I get my money back or what?

  • Worst service experience

    I bought new 2023 hybrid pacifica from castle chrysler in april or so. After 5to 6 months of drive, getting safety sign. I told service technician about the error / signs but initially without checking about the error, they fix other things and return the car. I have to go almost 3 times for the same safety signs and everytime technician told me it's different error but same safety sign came all the time. Finally, after 3 times, service director came in picture when I raise the point of the lemon law. When I discuss with him about the issue, he mentioned that nobody told him about the issue which I was talking from the beginning. So finally car was at the dealer for almost 40days to get fixed. They have to put new transmission to fix the safety sign The worst part is they kept the car for almost 50 days from first sign appeared, eveytime they returned the car without clean inside or wash outside. Unbelievable.. if you go to any other Honda or Toyota or other chrysler dealer for even oil change, they clean inside and wash outside before handover the car to customer. They never clean my car at all. I don't know, if its my bad luck or the dealer is like that... I dont recommend to service your vehical here at all.

    Don’t make an appointment and expect communication! I had made an appointment for an oil change and a backup camera issue and this dealership totally forgot about my backup camera issue. After leaving my car there 24 hours I had to call three times to speak to someone about the condition of my vehicle. Then they tried to blame me for the camera not being looked at the first day due to the fact my boyfriend dropped off the car in the oil change lane! Not the fact that I confirmed an appointment online or it was communicated that the camera was broken. Then I had to wait till the end of the business day for a diagnosis, and then two more days till a part came in! I was without my family vehicle Monday-Friday due to negligence. The camera was fixed at the end of the day, but I couldn’t even imagine how long it would have been if I didn’t keep calling. Poor customer service. Hope my 4 year old jeep doesn’t break again

    Each time I have needed service on my Renegade, Castle has gone above my expectations in seeing that any concern/issue has been taken care of. With the most recent engine recall, they were able to expedite delivery of the new parts and promptly scheduled for service. They also provided me with a top notch loaner. Castle has always exceeded my expectations with service.

    I found a screw in my tire and it couldn’t be repaired. So I called the dealer and spoke to Rachel in Service. She checked on a replacement tire, told me the price, which was very reasonable and worked with Parts to order the tire. I came in to wait for the tire to come, and while I waited Rachel arranged with Kayla for a service recall to be taken care of. Kayla kept me informed of the progress and as soon as the new tire came in Kayla had it installed so that I could be on my way. I very much appreciated Rachel and Kayla’s help.

    I recently had an oil change/ tire rotation at Castle. I made my appointment with Kayla and was taken on time. Kayla was courteous and confirmed the services my appointment was for, along with providing me with a better discount coupon than what I had. The wait was the average time for a dealership (1 hr. +). The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The cost for both services were exactly as quoted (minus the discount).

    Took my Jeep to this dealer for the first time because of my engine shutting off while driving. My regular dealer appointment was too far out. I told the service adviser the codes I pulled using my JBScan after it died for the second time that day on Sunday July 30th. This has happened three times in eight days. After 5 hours of waiting in the dealership, I found the adviser to ask for an update. The mechanic comes over and states he could not find any issues. The check engine light never came on in all three cases. I told the mechanic the codes I saw (also told the service adviser Jeff as he checked me in, and also the girl when I made the appointment) and he says to me "I wish I knew that". He said there are only three sensors that would shut the engine off, he probably would have started with that if he had the information. So, I wasted $200 and five hours of my Saturday because the service adviser failed to communicate fully to the mechanic. The mechanic apologized and asked if I can leave the Jeep so he can look at it on Tuesday (he was off on Monday). I told him I have to work on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. He suggested to the service adviser about charging me half the rate, but instead I got charged the full rate. Monday I get an email asking me to rate their service from the Service Manager Mario. To be fair, I called Mario to explain my displeasure to resolve my complaint before I was to leave a negative review. He explained to me that he wanted to resolve my complaint, and asked if I could bring it in on Wednesday August 9th at 8am. I said I would. I arrived this morning and explained this situation to a different adviser, and he was sternly counteracting every point I made. I told him that Mario (his Boss) told me to bring it today. He says "that's fine but I have to leave it for three or four days because its almost the weekend (Wednesday 8am appointment). I explained to Mario (on the phone) and this adviser (I did not get his name), I can't leave the Jeep because its my only car. The adviser also told me they did not have a loaner car for me and that my Maximum Care Warranty would not cover a rental car since I was past the 100,000 mile mark. I still have an appointment with my Regular Dealer Tyson Motors of Shorewood on the 16th of August that I made on the Monday after the Jeep shut off on me twice. I don't want to be charged a $200 diagnostic charge again, that's why I took it back to Castle Chrysler. My issue is that I am afraid to drive this Jeep now. When I do drive, I am looking for possible places to pull off if it dies out again. I wanted to contact you to let you know of my disappointment with the Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer located in Naperville Illinois for wasting 5 hours of my time, and $200 of my money for nothing.

    Great Experience ! Good communication from the service advisor Micah. Had an extended service contract and Micah took care of everything. Replaced the rear differential and the rear wind shield Pretty happy with the service and definitely recommended.

    There were grease marks on the handle and door the glob box never got looked at and second time in for same thing very disappointing still have same issue
