Unethical business: Hidden car details on listing & lured with price cut

The car has broken rear light, many scratches & dents. All these were not mentioned & not shown in the listing. I feel it is unethical business to lure customers with the trap of price cut. It is waste of time for customers. I am not happy about it.

Theresa Davis did a great job. She listened to my wants, and price and payment. She was very efficient and thorough. She got me the price I wanted as well as payment. Got me to finance quick. William went above and beyond to help my son get his first car. Buying a car especially your first one can be a stressful event and William made sure my son understood everything that was going on. He even schooled him a little bit on some life lessons. William is awesome!!

Every staff member in contact with us was very helpful! Searching for a car is already hard enough. Having gone through many dealers and talked to many sales individuals, Green Hyundai in Moline had the best service from them all. Patrick Sharp, my sales rep, was energetic, helpful, and a great valued member to the company. Even the boss, Jeff, had taken time to greet and speak to me about the vehicle. Overall, this service experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Green Family Hyundai to anyone in search for a car.

Virginia was my salesman and she was amazing! She was so patient and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. When finding my car, she let me test drive it a couple times and let me really take in the new car experience. She also made sure everything was in working condition while test driving it. After days of thinking, I decided to buy it and loved it since!

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had at Green!!! I'm not one who enjoys looking for a vehicle. I worked with William Jones and he was phenomenal. I needed a starter car for my teenage son, and he matched us up with the perfect car. I gave William my price and safety parameters and he found the right car for us within days.
