Just bought my car from here! I am absolutely thrilled, thankful and amazed at the attention I received from the Sunrise team! I am a nurse working during the Covid crisis and the amazing staff definitely went above and beyond working with me after their “normal” 9-5 work day. That to me is impressive and shows that these people care and have great compassion for the buyer! No one was pushy, just helpful. I absolutely recommend Sunrise Chevrolet! I love the service I get at Sunrise Chevrolet. I WOULD RECOMMEND Sunrise to everyone and then some. I always get thorough service when I come in for my oil change or maintenance and everyone is so nice. The last man who handled me on September 4, 2014, I think his name was Erik was very nice and explained my warranties which I was very confused about which now I understand.
You guys have a great staff. Me personally being in the the military and seeing how much you support our troops is a plus in my book. Great service and an awesome car thank you!!!!

Recall & general service visit
Nothing has changed from the time I first brought my '98 GMC Jimmy in several years back when to my great disappointment GMC closed Crossroads Chevrolet in West Chicago, IL. All the changes that have occured have made me feel like a family member bringing my HHR into a service center owned by a close relative. I've received Thank you's from no less that four people from the different sections of the service area. And I received two E-mails or calls checking that everything is working fine on my HHR. This last visit was for a 3000 mile service along with a GM Recall fix and my bill was less than $25.00 for 2 hours plus effort. GM paid for the recall and service contract and a coupon helped pay part.

I had to wait an hour for an oil change even though I made an appointment. Michael L. Jr. was awesome! Very attentive, answered all my questions and personally took me to the waiting area and showed me around.

Set up my service appointment on-line and found it easy to use. Service was prompt, I enjoyed a free doughnut and coffee in the waiting room. My car was washed and a safety recall performed. It was an enjoyable experience!
Stellar Customer Service
Friendly staff. I had great customer service experience with Jayson R. and Raul M. I didn't feel pushed like I remember dealerships being pushy years ago. They followed up but weren't extreme so I felt comfortable after a month of checking out other dealers and vehicles to come back to Sunrise for my purchase! Thank you!

I was orginally going to wait for the service but there were 2 outstanding recalls that needed to get fixed. I was provided with a ride back home because the wait was going to be long and then was picked up at home when my car was ready. Everyone was very pleasant.
My wife dropped my car off to have the "Protector" installed on my new car, and was treated courteously and given a loaner car to use while my new car was being services. The installation took place quickly, and I was able to get my car back early the next morning.
New Malibu 2014 Purchase
Javier helped make the purchase of my new car a very great experience. He explained the differences between the cars I was looking at, and helped me choose a new 2014 Malibu. The rest of the staff at Sunrise helped make the sale a smooth process, especially by working so hard late at night to close the deal. I have already recommended Sunrise Chevy to family and friends as a place to check when looking for a new vehicle.
Oil Change Service
Was there for an oil change and to even out the tire pressure to the high tire...Truck was warm for driving. Oil change was cleanly accomplished, the tire were not touched when they should have been.
This is by far the worst dealer ever. I just bought a car in February of this year 2014, if I bought a NEW car it's for a reason to not have any problems with it. The next day after I got it I felt something wrong with the car. I took it back to the dealer to get it checked and they said everything was fine. They also had really bad customer service at the service department. I arrived and instead of asking me what I needed help with one of the service guys told me to take a seat and left me waiting for more than 10 minutes when their were no customers waiting until I got up and asked another service guy if I had to sign up somewhere that's when they began to help me. Three weeks after that the car kept shaking I took it to a different dealer and they were A LOT better than this dealer. They were actually shocked that the dealer told me that their was nothing wrong with the car when in reality their is. It's been 3 months since I bought the car and I have been to dealer more than 6 times to get my car checked. By far this is the worst dealer ever definitely won't be going back and the people that work in the sales floor very rude and disrespectful calling me names when making the deal for the car. Who does that when they are trying to sell a car!
Excellent salesperson, spotless showroom
Raul M. was extremely competent and professional but also personable and very approachable. I never felt pressured or intimidated at all. He was very understanding and patient with me, especially when I was wavering between two models! Everyone else I worked with or met at Sunrise was equally great. I would definitely send anyone I know to your dealership without hesitation.
