Positive Experience
by Joe Scudder on 11/16/2023I wanted to have my car serviced and checked out before a long trip next Monday. I didn't have an appointment, but I was encouraged to come in on a walk-in basis. It probably took about 30 minutes longer than when I have an appointment, but… they informed me of that. They have a pleasant waiting room with plug-ins for computers. Plus, they once again have new models of most of their line-up. That is good to see.Joe, Thanks for the fantastic review and feedback. I hope that you had a pleasant trip! Happened to schedule the service on the same weekend as a pet… adoption event at the dealership. While I waited, I figured I'd check it out. The staff are friendly, helpful, and thorough in their explanations of service. The mechanics are also… good at what they do as I've never had to bring it back because an issue wasn't resolved. I plan to continue to get my service done at Brilliance and plan to buy my next car at there when that time comes.Service
