Martin Chevrolet has some top notch and GM Awarded mechanics. The work and speed they do is exemplary. I compared prices for a brake job and found Martin to be only a couple dollars difference. The clean well-lit temperature-controlled shop and the camaraderie amongst the mechanics is special, All the tools and equipment are there.

Aaron in service was kind, very efficient and thorough in my needs as well as pointing out maintenance milestones that required attention. The service provided by Paul has been and continues to be top notch. I talked with my sales rep Tom B. and he also can answer all my questions regarding new vehicles. I would go nowhere else than Martin for my auto needs as staff and facility are a welcoming place.

Always happy with Martin. Only thing that I was disappointed in was that my car could of used some work and normally someone comes out to talk to me about what needs to be done and that didn’t happen. I would of gotten the work done while I was there- tire rotation, front and rear brakes.

I was told that I needed all new spark plugs after completing a diagnostic check. This was not the case as I had the same exact problem the very next morning. This time when I returned my vehicle I was told I need a part for my Transmission now costing me $2700.00. Now I am out the $450 for the spark plugs and the test and still have to pay extra for the actual work needed. Thank you, Russ Chapman [contact info removed]

Needed an oil change. Got an appointment same day. They noticed two air filters (engine and cabin) that needed to be replaced even though it was slightly early according to mileage. I appreciate the team checking the car out thoroughly and the dealership’s friendly staff.

Good service department they fix your vehicle usually the first time only drawback there are a couple of rude service advisors there so when you go in ask for Mike try to avoid Rich I think he has been in the business a little to long
