We have been buying vehicles from Sam Leman’s for over 30 years. For the past 10 years, I have used Suzie Williams as my salesperson. She is one amazing lady! On my last purchase of my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, she went above and beyond helping me get everything I wanted and making sure everything was right. Suzie also went the extra mile helping me find running boards. Thanks to Kelly in the parts department as well. He is awesome! Hands down Suzi always delivers. When working with her, I went in telling her what I was looking for out of my car and where I needed to stay budget wise. The whole time she was upbeat and professional. She got me into my dream car! She not only treats you like a friend but also like family. She will take care of you! I would like to make sure that Seth Shepard gets recognized for his outstanding work and customer service. He has helped us for many years. He always goes above and beyond and does the impossible for our family to make sure that we are well taken care of. We can't thank him enough. We will never go anywhere else because of him, and I recommend all of my family and friends to him because of the trust and appreciation we have for that man. Unethical, steer clear of Leman Group!

So I called Sam Leman's Chrysler dealership about a vehicle they had advertised online. I told the salesman that I was EXTREMELY interested, I was a serious buyer, ready to purchase. I also told him that vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. He said I was the first person to inquire, the car was still being detailed. So, the very next day, I call him before noon with some questions, and about an hour later he calls to tell me the vehicle had been sold that morning! His sales manager then told me it had sold the night before? Before it even hit the lot? An employee must have bought it, out from under a paying customer!! Extremely disgusted with them, buyer beware!! Not very ethical behavior! Don't advertise on the web if you're not going to take the buyers seriously!!

dishonest and deceptive

I purchased a used 2013 truck with just under 17000 miles from this dealership . Three and a half months after, service called me to tell me they had ordered a transmission when they got this truck in on trade. The service person heard a noise. They offered to put it in for me under my factory warranty. They told me I purchased it before they could install the new transmission. No one at the dealership informed me of the transmission issues prior to purchasing . The people at RAM customer service informed me the dealer would of had to pay to ship the transmission back, so I assume they called me so they got paid by Chrysler to install the new transmission under warranty , win, win. This dealership uses deceptive practices.

Great Deal

I ordered a 2 door 2014 Rubicon X from Adam at Leman. It was fully loaded and just over $41,000, the final price was $500 lower than I was shooting for,and the extras they threw in were worth the wait. I now live in Arizona, but I will come back to Illinois to make my next purchase. The service was that good. Thanks Adam, Mike and Lister..

I walked away from a competing dealership due to high pressure sales and aggressive tactics. I went to Sam Leman and I had the good fortune to work with Amanda Krueger on buying a car. Amanda was relaxed and didn't pressure me. Her approach made me feel comfortable to look at cars and get an feel for them without having a salesman breathing down my neck. I bought a car from Amanda and the whole process was rewarding. Amanda even stayed several hours after her shift was over to help me. Tim in the finance department was also helpful and easy to work with. I never once felt like either person was trying to cheat me or pressure me into something that wasn't right for me. Overall I had a good experience; a first for me when buying a car.

The salesmen here are rude and disrespectful. They treated me in a very unprofessional manor. I've been to many many car dealerships and i've never been treated as bad as I was at this place. Go to another dealerhip don't do sam Leman unless you like rude people. Go to Hellers in Pontiac or Douglas Dodge in clinton anywhere except this place Roanoke Motors anywhere not here its bad.
