Terrible Service

Awful service. Had my wife's car for over 8 working days for an AC issue. Terrible communication about car status, never offered loaner, never fixed the issue car was originally brought it for either. Charged $1,300 for repair that didn't fix the issue then told that another $900 repair was needed. Conveniently did not have the old parts that were replaced to see if they actually were defective. Bring your vehicle here at your own risk.

I went to this dealer last year to get my ford expedition serviced. When I went there my vehicle was driving fine, when I left my truck was cutting off at every light. I took the vehicle right back and was told that I needed a Cadillac converter and that it was going to cost around $1000.00. I told them that my truck was not running this way when I came here and I was told that it probably just got like that because the oil was changed and that the vehicle had problems anyway. They told me that I would have to leave my vehicle there for them to change the Cadillac converter. I did not leave my vehicle because I did not believe that all of a sudden with an oil change that it went out. So I had to drive my vehicle around like that until I was able to get someone I trusted to fix it. It was found out that the spark plugs that are way in the back of my engine were broken in the engine. A special tool had to be used to get them out. I had been having my vehicle serviced at this same location and the new macanic said that it looked as some of the spark plugs had never been changed. My vehicle is fixed and I am driving well. I passed Emissions. I did not need the $1000.00 Cadillac converter. I called back to take to the manager after I left and explained what had happened and I was brushed off. Thanks but no thanks.

Sold me a lemon

Bought a new 07 in Aug of 07. Had to replace the motor at 24,000 miles. Had 4 blown heads, 3 timing sensors, and now at 60,000 miles the transmission is slipping. Had to retain an attorney to file for "lemon law" after they refused to "fix" my car. NEVER NEVER NEVER will buy from them again. Loss confidence in them after the refused to replace the engine.
