You guys are the best that's why we keep coming back! Hector and Marvin have become family to us over the last 8 years for Hector and 6 or so for Marvin. This time was even way beyond we could have ever expected. It was magic! We are very happy. We loved the personal attention and the caring about how we felt through out the entire process! We love our new Buick!! We were expecting and would have been very happy with a used car, but Marvin and Hector worked with the new car side and got us into a brand new Buick Verano and out of our old upside down truck!! So as usual Fellas, Kudos! We will be back, the entire family! Thanks very much! You guys outdid your own perfect record!
Have your pre-owned purchase checked out by a mechanic!
Be sure to have your preowned vehicle checked out by a trusted mechanic before the 3 day exchange period is up! I drove 4.5 hours to buy a preowned vehicle with a clean carfax, low miles, and no mention of a prior collision on Hennessy's website. Unfortunately, my wife and I took delivery of the car at night, so we didn't notice any damage to the vehicle. The next day, however, was a different story. I noticed paint drips and inconsistent textures on most of the vehicle. The most disturbing news came after I took the car to a body specialist, and they told me the car had been wrecked. They pointed to the crooked body lines, the misaligned door seams and the aforementioned paint job. I called the dealership and spoke with Mike Novotny (preowned manager) and the assistant GM, but neither issued an apology, and both refused to allow a return of the vehicle without an exchange for another vehicle. They didn't have any other preowned cars close to what I wanted, nor could I trust their inventory (or staff) at this point, but I didn't want to be stuck with a wrecked car, so what choice did I have? My wife and I took a day off work to drive another 9 hours, round-trip, to exchange the vehicle. We ended up buying a new car (even though it was pushing our budget), just so we would know what we were getting into. We were given an average deal and never compensated for our time, or the inconvenience of having to return a car that was misrepresented by Hennessy. I wish I could say that was the end, but when I got home, I noticed 3 large scratches, a couple of feet in length, that I had to pay to have removed. Also, they neglected to perform a firmware update on the infotainment system, so the bluetooth was cutting out. I had to take the vehicle to a local dealership to have that issue fixed. When I went to retrieve my tag, I noticed they had ordered a new tag, which cost more than transferring the old tag. On top of that, They overcharged by $85 on the tax, tag and title fees. I called to get a refund for the overcharge, but they said it was a "processing fee" (which wasn't itemized anywhere in my paperwork). I asked Hennessy to send me a receipt for the "processing fee" and it was dated the same day that I requested it (instead of the buy date), and the $85 amount was in a different font. Pretty sketchy, eh? You've probably already guessed, but I'll go ahead and say it. I do not recommend this dealership! I wish I could rate zero stars for an absolutely horrendous buying experience. Most of all, I regret giving these guys any money.
Horrifying, price will change, read your paper work carefully
My wife and I drove 160 miles after they quoted us a price with 0% Apr offer that was going with GMC, after 4 hours of sitting in dealership and showing us paper work with same amount, they tried to sneak in extra 1300 or something dollars broken into installment quoting some discounts dont apply with the APR. Had I not taken out my phone and did the calculations it would have gone unnoticed and buried in paper work. the difference will be like 17-18 dollars when broken down in installments and you might not notice it, be very careful at this place.

I had wonderful experience on Wednesday when I visited this dealership! I met Earnest, Paul and J.B.: These guys are the greatest. I came in and knew what I wanted and they made it happen. I am a happy customer and glad these guys were there to expel their expertise. Great job team!!!
Dread to Truly Amazing
I looked at my need to buy a car with such dread. That might be why I had my last Buick for 23 years. However, Dave Lockin make the experience truly amazing. He is excellent and represents Hennessy wonderfully. Thank you so much.
My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here. The first day we went we stayed all day. We turned in all paper work that was required. Then we finally went home and they told us to bring the other information in that they needed. OK I work in a office so I got there information over to them from my office. Then they called and said the deal was done come pick up your car. So my husband and I picked up the car well we signed the papers before we drove off. Three weeks goes by Hennssey starts calling saying they do not have all the paper work the same paper work that has already been submitted. So I go send that paper work in. Now they need paper work for my husband saying bankruptcy needs to say discharged, but his was dismissed he just didn't go through with it. So now we don't have a deal with them after driving the car for three weeks we have to take it back and get our old car back plus our 3,000 cash we put down. But that's ok my husband and I found another dealership and we are going to give them 5,0000 plus our trade in for the trouble we have been in with Hennssey. I have bought a car before from a dealership and signed papers drove off and never heard from the dealership again. Why the heck did they let us sign papers and drive off in a car if the deal was not done what the heck is really going on. We signed the contract it's right here with us. But I would not reccomend anyone to this dealership. Mike Reyes half a** tells you everything he acts like he's your friend behind closed door but in front of his finace department he's [non-permissible content removed]. Then Jim Hitcock or however you spell it just sent emails all day long saying they were trying to get in touch with us I don't read my emails everyday I do enough of that at home. They had my number they called for everything else they didn't even have the balls to pick up the phone and say hey the deal is not done. They sent it to my personal email [non-permissible content removed].

I was very pleased by the way I was treated at Hennessy. Everyone from the receptionist to Jim from the service department was friendly and professional. I appreciated Jim answering all of the questions I had about the trouble with my car and my warranty.
I was looking to trade my 2012 Lacrosse for a 2015 Lacrosse and was very pleased when Chris Brown brought out the Blue Titanium Lacrosse. It fit my personality and style and I am very happy. Good workmanship on job. Only concern was I was quoted one price over the phone, but given a different price when the vehicle was picked up. It would have been a bad situation, but the manager corrected the charge and all is well.

I was impressed.
My first visit was a little disappointing. After sitting an hour, I was informed they did not have the part. But things like this happen in a service industry I know - because I work in a service industry. On my second visit, the repair was done quicker than anticipated and Tracy Rice was very courteous and nice. I was very impressed with the waiting area for customers - makes it very easy to wait on your repairs to be done. I appreciated the complimentary water, and the Wi-Fi being available as I was able to do some of my work from the waiting area. I am thinking about starting to bring my car over here all the time rather than my local mechanic.
