Poor Quality Service.

I took my Ford F-350 pickup to Mike Jones Ford Lincoln for them to replace a light bulb in my dash, which should have been a simple task. I know this because I had a bulb in the dash previously replaced at another Ford dealership in the area. Shortly after dropping off the truck, the dealership calls me stating that the light cannot be replaced and that I should buy a whole new instrument cluster for $780. I return to the dealership and they slap me with an $85 ticket in exchange for getting my keys back. I don't know if the issue was incompetence or they are just charlatans.

Worst Service Experience Ever.......

Not only did i have to make 3 trips to pick up my vehicle when i was told it would be ready (but it was not), the service manager blamed the owner of the dealership for pulling the mechanics from working on my vehicle to work on another......
