My salesman Robert Elliott was very accommodating by picking me up at the airport and letting me test drive the vehicle all the way back to Carrollton. This is my second vehicle I have bought from him and I flew in from Florida to do so. I told Robert earlier this year that I was looking for a second vehicle to purchase and what I wanted, he found it for me and notified me as soon as it came in. I bought it over the phone because I trust his judgement. He made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition. I was quickly approved within a few minutes and the finance paperwork/process was fast. I enjoy working with this dealership.

Awesome Vehicle Purchase

Lamar Musick was awesome, he took the time to make sure we was there when he had no other distractions and knew the information we needed to know for the F-150 we would like to purchase. I got exactly the engine Transmission and rearend I needed for work. Tom had all paperwork ready when we went back to his office no wasted time was in and out within a couple of hours.

I literally came by Pugmire after being at Mike Bell Chevrolet in Carrollton. I was not in a good mood after leaving there, but Frenchie turned my entire day around. I never felt pressured. He even gave me several options. I always felt like he had my back and he was very supportive of my likes and dislikes.

The whole team at this dealership worked very hard to make sure I ended up in a great car with a plan that worked for me. I brought them a very difficult situation, and they handled it extremely well and in a timely manner. They took some hits and made some sacrifices for me. Normally you would see opposite behavior at car dealerships. My salesman was Lamar Musick. I highly recommend him. Great, friendly guy who is there to serve and match a great vehicle to a happy customer. The sales managers also did everything they could for me. Lastly, the gentleman who dealt with my financing was the most helpful I've ever experienced. Very impressed. Thank you!
