All personnel in the Fastlane are friendly and are very efficient . They get the job directed to the proper tech with a minim um wait time . I enjoy the movies being played in the waiting room and the free snacks and drinks.

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge and one of the main reasons I did was that for years I had my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer serviced by the Jarrett Gordon Ford dealership in Winter Haven, FL - Dave Metzler is fantastic and if it wasn't for him, I would not have purchased another Ford vehicle. I even had my parents by their Escape just for the servicing. He goes out of his way to make the servicing a pleasant experience.

Your staff was extremely helpful and "Spot On" with our service experience. We called to make an appointment for service of our 2015 Ford Explorer and spoke to Kevin (service Dir.) Kevin was very helpful, scheduled our appointment promptly and was very polite and professional. Upon arriving at the dealership we were met at the counter of the service by Dave ( service associate?) who promptly checked us in and showed us to the service lounge. Service was great. We have had excellent service bringing our vehicles to the dealership. Thank you to the whole staff for making each visit special.

Preventive maintenance

Came in to have a key made and programmed. An oil and filter change. I was informed my front brake pads where thin. The service manager and I had a conversation about the different things to be concerned about as compared with what needs to be checked up north. One of which was fluids building up condensation. Since I was having my pads replaced I was told rotors dont wear as fast down south. I usually replaced my rotors up noth rather than having them turned. His honesty helped me decide how to set my priorities. I told him I'd go for having the rotors turned and to go ahead and flush my break fluid. I just purchased my explorer 29 Feb. and only have carfax to base my services. I feel I can now cross brakes off my list of things I want to do this year. I plan on having your shop service my Ford in the future. I have only one complaint. The Mechanic sat in the drivers seat, while programming the key, with greese on his pants. I have light gray material seat and the dirt and greese was very visable. I had to clean my seat with cleaner when I returned home. All and all I am pleased with my first experience. at your garage. By the way. My neighbor recommended you to me. He just bought a beautiful F150 from you.

I just bought a new car with them. A few years back I bought a used car. Both time the Sales Department has been great, even more so this time. They followed up with me also. However, I would like to suggest that they do a follow up several months after purchase as then you have had time to drive it and get a better idea. But I have no complaints regarding the Sales area of this dealership.

We emailed Angela Dyal on 1/9/15 about a used truck. She answered all of my questions via email and we even negotiated a price over email. The next day we drove from Palm Bay to Winter Haven. We met with Ed Balaz who finished up our transaction. I was nervous something would happen that would cause the transaction to go wrong. But to my surprise everything went smooth and our payments were actually lower than we discussed the day before. Tim Vogel was super patient while we signed paper work and dealt with our tired kids. We could not be more happy with our purchase and our experience at Jarrett-Gordon Ford.

I contacted this dealership by email requesting information concerning a 2012 Mustang. My inquiry was handled judiciously and courtesly by Brian Everhart, their Internet Sales Manager. He got back to me within a very few minutes with information about the vehicle inventory at their 5 dealership locations, with an offer to personally visit those locations to determine if there might be additional cars available. I asked not to contacted by phone, and he assured me that he would limit our contacts to email, and he was willing to make an offer on any of their Mustangs that way. I decided to delay my vehicle purchase, but I can recommend this dealership and Mr. Everhart to anyone in the central Florida region who is interested in a Ford product.

I recently bought a 2010 Ford Ranger XLT. I live in the Orlando area and went to three local dealers with the internet pricing from Jarred Ford in Winter Haven. All three let me walk out saying no one could sell a Ranger for that price. One even mentioned that it had to be an used truck. Well, I got tired of trying to do business near home and finally went to Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven, about an hour from home. The right Ranger was there at their advertised price with 5 miles on the odometer. Salesman was a great person to deal with, (David Giles). This was the easiest. most stress-free car purchase I have ever done. No hassles, no surprises, everything was as stated and as agreed over the phone. Next time you are looking for a Ford, don't hesitate to call Jarrett Gordon.

I took my 99 F-250SD in for service here. They have an outstanding service center, they diagnosed the problem called me with the problems and even gave me a loaner while my truck was being serviced. I did spend 2 grand on the services but, it's worth not having to worry that they were done wrong. It's also backed for one year.
