Buying my Q5 was truly a collaboration with the sales rep, Imri and the sales manager, Jake. Both worked very hard to accommodate my financial requirements and the features I was looking for. Most of the work was done online, and when I came to dealership to pickup the car everything was done. Just few more form to sign...it was indeed a smooth, very friendly and enjoyable experience....

Everything was good accept I do want to mention that they could have kept car inside until car was ready. This car has just over 700 miles on it. It had leaves all over it - in the cracks and crevices. We keep the car very clean and could have been in a more protected place. This would have not happened if they had all parts needed when brought into service. The car had to stay there over the weekend because of part not there.
