Best Sales Rep

I wanted to purchase a GMC Acadia for the longest time; when I visited Carls buick, Anthony had 2 models waiting for me to take a test drive. I felt like he was very atentios to what I had asked, and ready to show me all my options. I highly recommend Carls Buick, and ask for Anthony Ward.

Horrible Service

My 2017 Sierra, white in color. I brought it in for the transmission overheating. They said the removed the pan and found nothing wrong. The service writer Tom C. gave me my white truck back with greasy hand prints on the driver front and rear door, both fenders, hood, chrome grille, both running boards, inside driver door panel, steering wheel, and shifter. Tom said "I am sorry but the car wash was closed." He had the truck finished for 4 hours after he called to tell me it was done. When I left the dealership with my greasy truck it started smoking and the burning oil came inside the cabin via the ac vents to the point I had to open the windows and got a bad headache. The truck was shuttering and at one point refused to move. All Tom could say is he was sorry. The second time I had the truck in for the same concern they said there was nothing wrong but they saw the P0634 code set and when I picked it up it was clean. The third time I was there for the same concern they claimed to flush the transmission and inspect the transmission pump. They did not pull the transmission which means they couldnt inspect the pump, soo they lied. The fluid was brown insted of pink which means they didnt flush the fluid, they lied. The truck is shuttering still. The fourth time I was there for the same concern and even wosre now they cleared the 3 codes, P0634 P0700, U0101 and told me to take it somewhere else. Yes you read that right, the dealership that sold me the NEW truck told me to go somewhere else. This truck is 3 months old and less than 6,000 miles. It was a dealer demo and sold to me with 3,000 miles. I am currently pursuing a case with GM customer service. Stay away from this cesspool of a dealership.

Just drive by this place

Took my truck in for brake service and was told I needed new breaks, master cylinder and booster. It was going to cost $1600. I told them to forget it. I talked to another mechanic and he said all I needed was the master cylinder and the pads are still very good. He charged me $100 and I spent another $100 on the parts. I bought the used truck from Carl's and they told me they would detail the truck and do paint touch-up. When I went to pick it up the interior was filthy and it looked like a small child scribbled crayons on the paint. People still ask me "what is that on your paint". If I could post a photo I would. When I confronted the salesman he got real mad and said "its not new so live with it". I'm looking for a new GMC truck now and I will be buying elsewhere.

great buying experience

Since moving to this area in 2000 I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Leonard B. for the purchase of my vehicles. I have purchased 4 vehicles from him, now owning a 2013 Encore. Mr. B. is not only my Sales person, but he was also my Sales Consultant. Although I had certain vehicle needs as an elementary school teacher, he was very much concerned about my functional professional needs. Early on, he suggested the Vibe of which I purchased a 2005 and later in 2007. When I was ready to trade in the 2007 he advised me to wait because a new beautiful vehicle was about to be introduced. Well, once again he was correct and when the 2013 Encore made its debut he contacted me and I am now a proud owner of the 2013 Encore. I have vowed that as long as Mr. B. is selling cars, he is the only person I would buy from.

I have had the pleasant experience of purchasing my 2007 vehicle from Mr. Leonard B. of Carl’s Buick GMC. a few years ago. It is now time to purchase a new vehicle and because of Mr. B. I have every intention of purchasing a new vehicle from him. I am extremely happy with the Buick line of vehicles and I know that Mr. B. will assist me throughout the entire purchase process. BJM

Brought in my 2010 Camaro to Carl's because I don't trust the Chevy dealer down the street. The repair was properly completed and the tech spoke with me personally about what he did. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism.

Excellent Car Purchase Experience

This dealer had the vehicle I wanted, provided a fair trade in value, and an out the door price that met my expectations. The total purchasing process took less than 45 minutes. I did my homework, offered a fair price, and closed the deal with minimal haggeling. The deal I made at Carls was rejected by two other local GMC Dealerships.

I have found the service at Carl's Buick in Stuart to be the finest ever! I have 3 vehicles that I service exclusively at Carl's, 2 are currently under warranty and my 3rd, a 2002 Buick LeSabre, is not. I have found that they are up front with pricing, which I feel is fair based upon my review of other auto businesses in the area, and they advise me about repair and maintenace based upon factory recommendations. Also, I have never had a problem with them performing warranty repairs, and I never feel as if they are trying to sell me a bill of goods instead of repairing my vehicles via warranty. I have been a customer since 2003, and on the rare occasion of a failed repair, have found that Carl's is ready to accept responsibility and correct the defect to my complete satisfaction. I have lived in 5 states, and have only found this level of service 1 other time even though I have used multiple repair shops, foreign and domestic. All the employees at Carl's are professionals in every sense of the word, but 2 stand out: the service manager, Mike, and my exclusive service representative Ann Marie. Thank you, and keep up the excellent work!!
