Friendly, willing to negotiate fair pricing, quality vehicles. Enjoyed the purchase process and very pleased with our new Murano Platinum. We originally purchased a used Rogue and a month later decided it was not the right fit for us. The sales and management team (Tony Vigliotti, William Barnes, Clayton Fields, and Jordan Hamlet) were willing to work with us on transitioning into a beautiful Murano Platinum. Love the new car. Very happy with the team we worked with at Nissan of St. Augustine.

Clayton Fields went above and beyond to make sure my family walked out with not one, but 2 vehicles we could be proud of and would fit our families needs. The process was simple and transparent. I’m not one to write reviews but every once in a while the experience you go through should be shared. I not only bought 1 vehicle from St Augustine Nissan I got myself 2! St Augustine Nissan was the third stop of the day as we had our eyes on a new gas saving car for the family trips that we take throughout the year. Upon arrival we meet probably one of the nicest and sincere sales representatives by the name of Mr Tim Wombolt. From the get go this gentleman really was very genuine and really made you feel welcome and not pressured as we toured the dealership discussing what it was we had in mind. During the entire time there all our questions were quickly answered and any specifics we wanted in our vehicle he went out of his way to make sure got done... now I could go on and on but I’ll finish with this. The excellent service Mr Wombolt provided really made the car shopping experience enjoyable and as I said in the beginning... made my decision to get myself a brand new work truck on top of the new Altima that much easier! Thank you St Augustine Nissan!!! And especially Thank you Mr Tim Wombolt!!

I dealt with Chris, Brian and their manager Eric. All 3 were super nice, caring people and they worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted, at a far better better price than the local competition. My sister and I went to 3 other car dealers looking for the nicest car at the best price, including Nissan in Daytona and I will only be purchasing my cars from Nissan of St. Augustine from here on. My sister only drives Nissan, she said she will be getting all of her future cars at Nissan of St. Augustine too. Thanks for the great car and best shopping experience guys!

I found the van I was looking for through Autotrader. The price was so good I figured there was something wrong with it. But the carfax checked out and when I went to negotiate pricing the initial price was different from the one online. I mentioned it to the owner and he immediately wrote up the pay options with the online price as the starting point, didnât even have a second thought about it. They were exceptionally hospitable to my 20 month old daughter who made a bit of a ruckus while we were there even offering free ice cream to help placate her. As for the vehicle, it drive great, the salesman made sure everything was in working order and cleaned before we left. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

Mike Ivey & Andrea, saved my behind! I was traveling down to do a friends sisters funeral when my Sentra started to act up! First the trunk wouldnt open & then my car had problems accelerating... service gave me a huge bill.. but instead I traded it in for a Certified PreOwned Altima. Thank you for saving me!!

Just bought a 2015 from Mike. Car is in excellent shape and got a good price. the experience dealing with MM and DD was good, a positive interaction and the deal was conducted in a matter of fact fashion, no hassles. Some questions came up a few weeks after the sale, I contacted Mike and he had the answers to my satisfaction. Been looking to purchase my first car since April and they were able to get me in the car I wanted in the price I could afford! They didnt try to turn me away from what I wanted like other dealerships, they worked with me and made sure I was comfortable and understood the entire process! Recommend to everyone! Great experience all the way through. They sold me a Subaru Crosstrek for a great deal, and gave me a reasonable price on my trade in. I worked with Austin Babb and he was the reason I bought the car at this dealership. He was incredibly friendly, applied no pressure to buy a car and worked with me every step of the way. He even filled up the Subaru with gas, despite taking flak from the management (thanks Austin!)

Buyer Beware!! If you want an honest non-pushy experience this isn't where you want to go. I worked with with Joel Boeinger originally on an Xterra, he said they couldnt budge on the price, a month later they dropped it $1500 so I contacted them again and worked with James Speiser and Mike Shakowski in finance. At first they couldn't work out the deal I wanted which was fine, they kept trying to push me over my budget (which is why I don't go to dealerships in person to haggle). They were persistent and Mike called and said they worked it out he was holding the truck until 6pm (it was 11am). I even received an email confirmation for the appointment. I left work early to get down there and had a friend drive across town to take me there, halfway through the hour ride I get an email saying the they sold it. Typical underhanded lying car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with more integrity where they won't try to force you to spend more than you want to.

Received a mailing about a give away - Car/cash/gifts. When I called ahead to check to see if it was real, I was lied to. Their goal was to get me into the dealership. Once there they pulled "we are from out of town, here this weekend doing a promotion trying to sell cars - we can give you a great deal - just like at auction" Once I called them on their scam and left the showroom, the sales manager and two associates followed me out attempting to physically intimate me. Will be finding out who the the owner is and also will be contacting the various state agencies on these guys - its 2017 - and that a car dealer still conducts business in this way is simply astonishing.
