I'd like to see you in anything but a kia
When you sell a vehicle it should be inspected! I would not trust there inspection process of KIA OF PENSACOLA! Or KIA MOTORS AMERICA You could be putting you and your familys life at risk if you do! Our vehicle was just purchased from KIA OF PENSACOLA less than 60 days ago and they used either very old tires on them or retreaded our tow truck driver and the nice people of pep boys told us that something isn't right with them. It must have have been there used tires from the tires for life campaign! The dealer just brushes you off They will ignore you and talk down to you and make you feel like your to blame! There owner will not return phone calls or emails but she will be happy to see you in a KIA when you are there! The dealer doesn't want to take any responsibility for selling a vehicle that wasnt inspected properly We had a tire blow out! Just imagine the danger and damage this caused!! SHOP WISE GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER!!!
Beware! the salesman and financial office focuses on the monthly payments but not on the actual price of the car. They will scam you into way over paying for the car. When I asked the financial guy is there any additional cost for the service plans he told me no. but there is a total of over 3,000$ in additional costs. The salesman are very pushy and continuously ask you to buy the car right now. I asked for numbers on the price of the car car and so I could think about the numbers and come back the next day they told me no I cant do that! Not customer friendly! if you already bought a car I recommend looking at the numbers again and comparing to the MSRP. Not to mention the New car I bought also had a broken window washer motor that need to be replaced right after I bought the car.
I called twice before I went to the dealership about the advertisement on TV, and was told both times that it applied to all cars not any specific models. When I drove to the dealer it turns out it is not for the Kia Soul but the Sedona and Sorrento. No one was forth coming with information on $5000 trade and what I was told about all cars not true. Dishonesty is not a good policy to attract customers. Staff was uninformed in general first salesperson did not even know they had and ad on TV. I was also told that the internet department does not talk to the sales department. I went to another dealer purchased the Kia Soul and was very satisfied, do not waste your time at this dealership.
Above average salespeople
I had done more than six months research on the KIA I wanted. Let the salesmen know that up front. Got exactly what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous and fairly knowledgeable. I threw a few tough product knowledge questions at the salesmen and they admitted they didn't know but said they would find out. Then I told them I knew the answer and gave it to them. Didn't seem to irritate the much. When it comes to filling out the paperwork they were helpful. The guaranteed the lowest price and exceeded my expectations. They beat my True Car best price guarantee by more than a thousand bucks. The only problem I ran into was it was cold outside and it took what seemed like forever to find the specific Optima EX model I was looking for. It was a busy day for them and I accepted the car without the usual cleanup. All in all I was very satisfied with the sales crew. I haven't taken the car in for service yet, 75 days to go for the first oil change. Will review the service department after a few months.

Taking my $20,000 and spending it elswhere
I told the guy I wanted a 2011 Sorento for around 20,000 and I didn't mind if it was used and they try and sell me a 2012 for 27,000. When I told him I'm NOT buying a $27,000 car, they want to try and sell me a mini van. Amazing! I am sure another dealer would be happy to help me find the car I want and help me spend $20,000. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

Bought what was thought to be a NEW Kia Rondo 2008 on June 21, 2008 from Kia Autosport of Pensacola. Yet it had 951 miles on it and It is Already Falling apart, Poor Gas Mileage and Weak! Buyers NEVER ASSUME ANYTHHING....We did and we are Now VERY DISSAPPOINTED in The KIA we bought. The Salesperson was a GREAT salesperson...He presented the RONDO very well. He did a complete walk around and Knew so much about it that we were convinced we had to take a test drive. We test drove one on the lot. It handled good and we were impressed. We however wanted the 3rd row seat and the one we test drove did NOT have a 3rd row seat. The ONLY one on the lot was on the showroom floor. So we "ASSUMED" being on the showroom floor it was "NEW" and just like the other one. So we did Not test drive it, we did Not look over it with the same fine tooth comb as the other, we did not think to look or ask about the mileage as the one we test drove had only a few miles on it and had that "NEW CAR SMELL" to it! We were so Consumed with making sure we understood all the warranty issues, and all I failed to even realize that there was "591" miles written on the odometor until I had already signed the contract...MY MISTAKE! When I went to drive it home however it had 951 miles on it and I immediately called them and told them we had to redue the paperwork! PEOPLE Don't make the same mistakes....TEST DRIVE, LOOK OVER "EVERY DETAIL...INCLUDING THE MILEAGE" BEFORE you deceide to buy! We feel that we THREW away $20 thousand hard earned Blood Sweat and tears Money to Kia in Good Faith for what we thought was a "QUALITY...GAS EFFICIENT...ECONOMICAL" Car! We were told by the salesman that with this Rondo model, we could expect to get 26 to 30 Mpg. We just traveled from FL. were we bought this car and live... to CA. and we averaged 19 MPG on the Highway! Not to mention that we had to run with the air conditioner turned off for more than half the trip due to lack of power! This is the weakest 4 cyl...we have ever encountered! The Upholstery is coming apart on two of the seats. The Other seat will not lock into place and needs replaced already. One of the third row seats back panels is coming off. The horn at times will NOT work. It pulls to the left despite already having to have an alignment. The Engine is making noises Excessive Wind Noise Rear Pad Bumper Faded Brakes make squealing/grinding noise at times AC does NOT get very Cold Head rest shaft hits the middle of the back and is very uncomftorable and at times painfull Engine sputters before shutting off. Speedometer is NOT accurate One of the back seat belts locks with any slight movement to the point the person locked in it can barley move, causing that person to take it off & put it back on several times throughout the drive. The engine makes weird noises and there has been a burning smell we have noticed but so far Kia service has denied any problems with this Kia. With all this said we are VERY DISSAPOINTED and APPALLED at and with this KIA! We feel that this Kia they have sold us is FAR Below What they Claimed it would be! The Gas Mileage alone makes it a BAD PURCHASE! Our 2008 Toyota Tundra that has a V-8 gets 18/19 MPG on athe Highway...so for this 4 cyl to NOT get but 19 MPG there is something wrong here! What Happened to the 26-30 MPG? Today Aug 7, 08 We had a meeting over all the issues above...we met with the following Kia Autosport Pensacola Reps.Bubba-Sales, Jessica Lee General Manager, Don-Service. It started like this. We pulled up with our Rondo, Lettered up with how we feel about our Kia on our windows. We went inside and I asked for them to follow me out so that we could do a walk around and go over the list of issues. We were then "QUICKLY" escorted back inside. While inside, "WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION OR EVEN A WORD" they HELPED THEMSELVES TO OUR KEYS THAT WERE LAYING IN THE CAR AND MOVED IT AROUND BACK...it was Several minutes before we even noticed it was g
