Just bought a 2018 Subaru Forester this weekend!

We were car shopping yesterday and stopped at Anderson Subaru first. Our intention was to not buy but to go to 3 or 4 different dealerships and compare cars. When was spoke with Evan Papanikolaou, he was so knowledgeable and showed us the obstacle course in one of the Foresters on their lot, we were SOLD! We really appreciated how honest Evan was and he spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and concerns. We are so happy with our new Forester and the experience with Evan was so much better than our last car buying experience! Michael & Joann

New Vehicle Purchase

I purchased my 2016 Subaru Impreza Premium in September, 2016 through Brian Jones and he helped to meet all my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and gave me great insight on the engineering and safety aspects of my vehicle before my purchase. He has a genuine attitude, made me feel at home and communicated with me after hours to ensure that all my doubts were clarified. I travel about 450 miles almost every weekend with my Subaru Impreza since my purchase and it still runs like it's brand new. I'm absolutely grateful of Brian as he helped me to buy a vehicle that gets me to work, to home and to enjoy outdoor adventures with my family.

My boyfriend recently purchased a 13 legacy and we took it to Anderson Subaru due to recall of the windshield wiper motor. I have never experienced such awesome customer service. Maria, in the service dept, went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was in great condition, even squeezing in an oil change, though we hadn't initially put that into our appointment. The woman at the service desk inside was also so professional and kind. Now that my boyfriend has a new vehicle, I am looking to update my vehicle. I have driven Toyota Camrys for 12 years, but after experiencing not only the Subaru we have, but the amazing customer service at Anderson Subaru, my first stop when getting my new vehicle will be yall at Anderson. Thank you so much for the great service!!!

First Class experience and no pressure

I went in just looking at some options to replace my Pontiac G8, I had already look at some vehicles and had nothing for luck, everything from lack of comfort in vehicles to overly pushy salespersons (including one who was always to close me). Steven Simpson was the first person I encountered and allowed me to roam the lot by myself and look with out someone breathing over my shoulder. As soon as I found something that interested me, he grab the keys and explained the features of the car and let me take it for a ride (WRX Premium). From start to finish their patience with me and my situation blew me away. They even stayed late to finish things up for me so I can drive home that night in my new car. When you go to Anderson, request Steven Simpson for sales, he will take care of you from start to finish.

Poor Service Department

This is probably the worst service department of any dealership I have ever dealt with. The unprofessionalism and disrespect for the customer were disturbing. They are looking out for themselves and could care less about the customer. Part of the maintenance package for the Outback Subaru is to have a free oil change and tire rotation up to 24,000 miles. The owner's car had 5000 miles and was less than 2 years old. Yet a bill had to be paid for that service. We asked to be reimbursed but were told since the owner didn't actually bring the car in for the service, we would not be able to get our money back. Not only that, the service department manager insulted me in a recorded phone call. We will never give this dealership our business again.

Exceptional, honest, service department

We had our 2009 Forrester serviced at Anderson after we moved to Pensacola from Virginia Beach. We have found Anderson to be completely honest and forthright in their service process. We had a minor fender bender and their body shop did an exceptional job repairing our car. I honestly could NOT tell where the damage was after the repair. They did the repair for the Insurance quote, no questions asked! Again, an honest, professional, dealership.
