    We are currently in the process of resolving a viberation issue with the 2500 HD 2015 models. After two trucks which I have purchased since Dec. 31st 2015. New Smyrna Chevy's service team, sales, service and sales manger has been persistent in providing me with their best intentions to resolve this defect.

    "Kitty" was my service advisor. She took care of what had to be done to my '14 Vette in a very professional and friendly manner. I will be asking for her next time I need service.

    In regard to my visit of today, I wouldn't have had to return to the dealership if my visit on Fri, March 13, 2015 had been completed fully. My visit today was to connect a clip in the dashboard cluster that was replaced on Friday. After discovering the problem on Monday, I placed 3 calls to service and received NO reply to any of the messages left. I finally reached an uninterested service department employee on my 4th call and let her know I was returning 3/18 to have the problem resolved. Aside the fact that I shouldn't have had to return , once I got the car back to the service department, my issue was handled quite well by Clint Jack.

    Another good attempt to fix the problem with drive train noise, but it is still not corrected. What helped this time was, I was given a rental.

    the work I needed was a recall I made the first appointment as soon as I could oct 2 2014. when I got there I was told that the part was recalled an they will call me to make another time to come in.. well after three weeks I called was asked my name and year of my car and will call me when the part comes in I asked if it would be helpful if they had my number, at that point I knew that I was just pushed off the phone... called jan 10 2015 said they need time to get the part I said two weeks is ok the person said that would be best so I was there on Jan 24 2015 at 9am work was done in three hours.. so far so good.. thank you for your time. and getting me in. better late then never

    At my recent visit to New Smyrna Chevrolet for my warranty issue on my new truck I was helped by my service writer, Pete (?). He was very professional. My warranty issue was handled promptly and I was very satisfied.

    Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Other customers who came in while I was there seemed happy and most seemed to know the staff by first name - all were treated like family.

    Cio did a good job....She kept me informed of the necessary work to be done..The truck was ready when she said it would be. So far evetything is working as it should. I feel I have good brakes now.

    Everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous. Salesmen was knowledgeable about the product, very professional and fun to work with. This was our second purchase from New Smyrna Chevrolet and we look forward to more.

    Just an oil change this time. Brakes next trip. Flat tire on 6 month old tires on way home. Still waiting for $100 rebate from tire people (what a rip off).

    The cost of tires are way to much for the every day person. Why can't you get them cheaper so your customer can but them. Also why don't you let us get a free car wash like John Hall Chevy does and they clean the inside too. We just sit and wait for the bad news that all 4 tires need to be changed and it cost about $100.00 to balance them. It should not cost that much to do something that will not last a day or two. The service personnel are very nice and they seem to care about us.

    The Dealership is fine I have to rethink GM products if the real cost of ownership is so expensive while we have had the HHR since late 2006 it has had way to many "repairs" /Problems for only 60k miles not good for a garaged car with low mileage
