Two months trying to have mud flaps installed

A part of the plan you receive with Lincoln is for free pickup/delivery/loaner service when your car needs service. I’ve tried three times to do this. The first two were just no show, no call. The last attempt was a phone call the morning of to tell me there was no loaner for that day, or any other day. This was a flat out lie. They had customer reviews from 3 days to a week old praising the loaner service. The only difference I could see was that I was a woman, and those reviewers were men. Is it sexism? Discrimination? I don’t know. Just asking for what was promised.
