The Rountree Moore Toyota was the perfect place to go to get my teenage daughter's car. Jim, was of great assistance over the phone as we went over preferences and price. We drove from Gainesville to purchase the car and as we were shopping, once again Jim was of great help, describing the cars qualities and wonderful safety features. The other team members were very friendly and professional making our purchase as efficient as possible.

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna from Rountree Moore Toyota one week ago and had a phenomenal experience with everyone I encountered. The Sales and Leasing Professional, Tom Wasson, lived up to his title. He was a true Sales Professional. He was focused 100% on me and my needs. He showed me a number of great features the Sienna showcases. The General Sales Manager, Ali Jaber-Ansari, was very personable and took an approach unlike any other. His personal interaction was very comforting and I could tell he wanted me to be satisfied throughout the entire process. Once we agreed on a price and terms I met with Jim Bolt, Finance Manager. My time with him was very relaxing. He took his time going over all of the paperwork and warranty information without making me feel any pressure. I must say, my experience at Rountree Moore Toyota was a pleasure. That’s the highest compliment considering I really dislike going to dealerships and purchasing vehicles. I recommend anyone living in Jacksonville to make the drive out to Lake City if you are thinking of buying a Toyota. The Jacksonville dealers have NOTHING on Rountree Moore Toyota in Lake City. Stop by and see their friendly staff today! You will not be disappointed.

What a refreshing change from most car dealerships! You are missing out on a great deal if you go elsewhere. Glenn (Internet Sales Manager), Tom (Sales), Bobby (Finance), and Anthony (General Manager)--all top notch, very nice, and I got an incredible deal on an incredible car (2016 Camry SE). They were all a pleasure to work with and I will go back in the future if/when we need another car! There were no gimmicks or sleazy sales people; very transparent and very easy to deal with. Negotiations were painless (thank you Glenn!!!) Thanks everyone, very happy customer & I LOVE my Camry. This is how business should be done.

Package Results for my Corolla when brought in for service

I brought my 2005 Corolla into Rountree-Moore in Lake City Fl for an oil change. When I left I on my inspection results it said CAUTION TASK 4 wheel alignment needed to be performed because of finding all tires were worn abnormally and I had just purchase 4 new Michelin tires. Hmmm? Was this because I was a woman and I was being taken advantage of thinking I knew no different???? Just wondering. Yet it went farther down to say the tire tread depth passed task................... Need I say more. So what else on this sheet is not true?

Anton was so understanding of our situation but never gave up on getting us the best deal!! It was the deal of a lifetime! Yes it took some time but it was so well worth the wait! Jim Hawks is the best!

Jim Hawks was exceptional! He was kind and professional. He anticipated our needs before we ever even knew what they were. He had our van out front waiting for us to test drive when we got there, with a price that was truly unbeatable! He worked fast and was very thorough and it never felt high pressure. He even arranged for repair to be done on a piece of carpet in the back of the van. Jim made it the best car buying experience I've had in the 15 years I've been a car purchaser. I would recommend anyone to go buy a car from JIM HAWKS! -The Fountains

Great first car buying experience

I am eager to share my story about my experience with this dealership. I am a graduate student and travel to this area two days a week for an internship, providing mental health counseling to youth in the area schools. Traveling back and forth 40 miles or so 2 days a week was really doing a number on my 2001 SUV. Needless to say I was in the market for something with better gas mileage, and newer. I had done a lot of searching at the Gainesville area lots and had a mixed bag of experiences; some really warm and some that I barely felt welcome at. This being my first big purchase in life I was overwhelmed by all of my options, until I saw the gas mileage for a small sedan. I was now in the market for the smallest Lexus or Volvo, and being a grad student meant finding a used car made the most sense financially. The Volvo I was searching for was very difficult to find since its last production year was 2011, and I was surprised to find a 2011 in impeccable condition in a spot that I go back and forth too--the next closest was in Orlando. I decided to swing by after finishing up a full day in the elementary schools. Upon driving onto the lot I encountered Jim Hawks, and soon found out it was his first day on the job. As I mentioned this was my first car buying experience so we connected over "firsts", as well as the fact that neither of us knew the streets very well--he was also new to the area. Despite it being his first day, Jim epitomized southern hospitality, and had he not disclosed that he had recently moved from the north I would think he had lived his whole life in this warm and friendly southern community. From the test drive(s) on the lot to signing the papers Jim made my first car purchase a truly memorable experience. Rountree Moore has an uncanny way of making their very large indoor showroom feel warm and intimate. I am writing this as I sit to wait for my car to be serviced by their department for my first FREE oil change. I think it is above and beyond they do this for their used car customers as well. Even this service appointment stands out as positive: I arrived with no appointment, and they said it would take less than an hour. I talk with a woman who works in the service department explaining I had my computer, and she took me over to a space away from the waiting area so that I may have a desk and an electrical outlet to plug in my laptop. AMAZING! Thank you, Rountree Moore Toyota for everything!

GREAT experience buying a preowned car!

We were on a quest to buy our 17 year old son his first car, specifically a Scion. The internet had been scoured, dealerships had been called and visited for weeks, with false information on the car details and false hope that a payment agreement could be reached. Then we found THE car on the internet at Roundtree Moore which is about 2 1/2 hours north of Orlando where we live. Although it would be a "road trip" we called Chris H. who verified the details of the car (accurately), made the drive and were VERY pleased with the friendliness, honesty and especially the great price on the vehicle. We feel we got the most car for the money just about anywhere in Florida! Chris H. was friendly, laid back and we felt that he wasn't playing "those car dealership games". John D was our sales professional. What a pleasure it was to work with him!! Knowledgeable and sincere, he made what is commonly a stressful experience a very positive one! Thank you! Chris L. zipped us through the finance portion of the visit with patience and professionalism. Roundtree Moore was DEFINITELY worth the drive and we will be returning for our next car!

We were impressed and pleased with our initial contact and his continuing attention to all our concerns and questions. The next comments have no reflection on Tom. We were not comfortable with the chicken dance after our purchase and would have preferred not to have had that experience.

Anthony and Chris were great. Bill on the back end in finance was down right enjoyable. We contacted the dealership via the internet and got an immediate reply. They did not have the vehicle we wanted and promised to bring one in. The next day they brought in the exact vehicle we wanted. From test drive to leaving the lot (with a full tank of gas) was about two hours. We have bought a few cars in our time but these guys were the best! A great car at a great price with excellent service, what is there not to like?

We liked the dealership from the moment Tom W. walked up to great us with a smiling face and a firm handshake. We have not bought a new car in over 10 years and Tom helped us all the way. He listened to our needs and concerns and showed us several options. He did not try to push us in any direction but instead took us where we wanted to go. Very fine salesman. In fact, all the people there were extremely friendly and helpful. We feel like we've met a friend.
