by NinorVP on 08/08/2024updated 08/16/2024I was in pursuit of a specific rare low-mileage BMW, and after a confusing back-and-forth with the vehicle moving between sister dealerships, I finally put down a deposit, secured my own financing, and flew down to pick it up. Despite… arriving early for my appointment, we were delayed for nearly an hour, turning what should have been a straightforward transaction into a five-hour ordeal. Paperwork had to be redone multiple times due to errors, and despite requesting copies, we didn’t receive anything until weeks later. To top it off, we were asked to return to the dealership to correct more paperwork. Now, nearly two months later, I’m still waiting on my permanent tags, and my temporary tag has expired without any follow-up. While I love the vehicle, the dealership’s handling of this process has been frustrating and disappointing. Communication from management has been nonexistent.We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. We do apologize that we had a major nationwide computer hack take place during your purchase. We are working with our out of state title company to secure your tags for the vehicle, all of our in state purchases are tagged at the time of delivery. We again thank you for your purchase and apologize for the delays. Bought a new - used - car

Worth the Drive

by Lexlugr on 05/18/2024Sales person did not reply to my email after the first initial contact to meet with him, I went to the Dealership and Salesperson apologized for not replying to my email sent 8 hours earlier in the day. I moved on to inquiry about vehicle… and the salesperson was courteous and provided vehicle and test drive. After test drive I was interested in the purchase and unfortunately the salesperson was trying to handle multiple transactions and left me waiting for 45 minutes. I can overlook this because i understand that its a challenging position but what I do not like is promises made and not kept. I purchase the car and I was told to come in the morning to address the concerns I had with my new car and they will fix it. Well this did not happen instead when I arrived I received an appointment for 4 days later. No big deal if I would have received a phone call to inform of the change but instead I took time off to go to dealership and received an appointment.Hello, We appreciate your honest review. My lease was nearing the end and I needed to make a decision on either a new vehicle lease, or buying my car out direct. The guidance I received was overwhelming. In the… end I bought out my existing lease. The finance department worked quickly to process the paperwork and transfer the documents from lease to purchase.
