My service person is a 5/5 stars. Thanks Freddy, again! Rick Case Davie Not cheap, not fast. Long lines and wait times but you get it right all the time. As for a new car, Hyundai has been my preference for the last 10 years. Prices today reflect a sellers market quite different from pandemic days. It could be inflation but it’s also greed. I was about to purchase my fourth car and when adding the retail price + financing + the cost of insurance I realized my 2021Sonata Limited was still in great shape . I had a reality check thanks to the economy…. Even if sales people do their job well,

3 hour for an oil change.. unacceptable!

I made an appointment about a month ago, and every single time it's been the same thing. Today it was almost a 3 hour wait for an oil change, this is my second lease with you guys and it will be my last. Every single time it has been a problem getting an appointment and your wait times for an oil change with appointment is about 3 hour. This will be my last time doing business with you guys, or at least in this location.

The inventory is huge, large variety and always available vehicles. But the best of all are the people. Carlos Alvarez is one of the managers and he is always working hard to make every deal possible and the best. He is THE BEST. And on the other hand, Daniel Guilarte is the best car salesman there, why I say that? Because both of them had been taking care of my businesses for the last 13 years.

If you want to be treated with respect and as a valued customer, then this is your place! After a very poor experience at a different Genesis dealership, I was dreading visiting another one. The moment we walked in, the vibe was so different. No shark feeding frenzy but instead friendly, helpful staff. Hats off to Erick our salesman who has the patience of a saint.
