Joe D was flat out awesome!! He got all the information to me before my 1.5 hour trip to the dealership. We did everything online, so that my time at the dealership was minimal. That was super important because it was Easter Weekend and I had tons of family in town for the holiday. My 1st Chevy ( and purchase at Don Mealey Chevrolet ), but it won't be my last!!

Michael Swope was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. He greeted me with a genuine smile. Once he knew what I was looking for, he told me what inventory was available and brought the one I asked for up for a test drive. He was funny, charasmatic and knowledgeable during the drive and throughout the visit. He patiently showed me all the trucks he thought I might like and also gave me time to make a decision. I appreciated the personalized attention and the fact that he focused on my sale. He made me feel very comfortable when closing my deal. After the sale, Michael was able to get my running boards switched from my old truck to my new truck. He made sure I got everything out of the old truck and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with a ball hitch issue!! I'm very happy with my new truck and really appreciate all of Michael's help and guidance during the sale. I will recommend him to friends!

Came to Don Mealy Chevrolet to look a 2012 Chevy Cruze. While I was looking at it and other used vehicles on their lot, I met Jeff, one of the salesmen. I test drove the car and liked it a lot. I was on a tight budget and when the numbers came in, it was a little more than I could afford. We agreed to talk the next day after I discussed it with my wife. I called Jeff the next morning and have him a number I needed to be at. We were a tad apart, but within 5 minutes we agreed on a price. When I got to the dealership, Jeff met me with all the necessary paperwork. Within 30 minutes, I was on the road with my "new" used Chevy Cruze. During the ride home. I noticed a servicr light had come on. After checking it at home, I texted Jeff and he quickly responded and we agreed that I would bring the car in on Monday a.m. It was fixed within a couple hours. During the wait, the service staff continually came by to see if I needed anything. It was great. Jeff Leader made my buying experience the easiest car purchase I've ever had. And the follow up service which he coordinated, was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Chevy or a used vehicle, to give Don Mealy Chevrolet a try.
