Excellent customer service
We purchased a certified pre-owned Buick Regal and the sales team was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. I found my car on AUTO-TRADER.COM. I called the dealership and asked if the car was still available , it was. It was almost an hour long drive to the dealership with traffic. When I got there Rina the lady I spoke to on the phone earlier hooked me up with Stacy Sinkevich. I fell inlove with the car the moment I saw it and promised her that I would give it a good home. We took a great test drive , got some tea and when they told me that they finance through my credit union I knew that my worries were over. We found out that we both have a taste for the same kind of music. This is a great dealership that I will PROUDLY recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Go to Ingersoll Buick @ GMC and ask for Stacy , she ROCKS !!

We bought a used Ford SUV from this dealership. Matt was our sales guy and he was super helpful. He did a walk through of the car and took us on a long test drive. I liked that because I could test the car under different conditions. When we went to talk price, I was surprised that they would not budge a dollar on the price of the car. They were only willing to give me $200 for my car because it had some rust near the door. While Matt was talking to us, Kyle showed up and for the next 10 minutes used every trick in the book to try to convince us to buy the car. When I said I was hoping to get $700 for my car he said he could not offer more. He asked "are you going to not buy this car for the price of an X-box?" At that point my wife wanted to leave as she said Kyle was very belittling. We left to get food and to think about it. I called back and said that if they give me $500 more for the trade-in we would do it. They said yes. When I went back we completed the deal and Matt filled up the tank. I asked about the second set of keys and he gave me another FOB and said the car had remote start and showed me the smaller FOB. I shared my concerns about their getting the car registered because I live in Mass and said the last dealership went over the 7 allowed days. They said no problem. Ok - fast forward. Neither of the second FOBs worked. The main key just needed a new battery but the remote start FOB had no battery and was broken. I told Matt about it and shared that I could get a replacement for $38 on-line. He made me send the FOB in to him. I did not hear anything back so I contacted him and he said he sent the check. I had to follow up and I got the check a few days later - but just for the amount of the FOB, not the shipping and handling. I bought a car for $18,000 but I had to work hard to get the $38 replacement remote. I did not hear from anyone about my registration. On the seventh day I called the bookkeeper (got name and number off website). She said a runner was going that day. There was a document missing so the runner came to my work (right off the highway) and went back and forth to get it done. I give high kudos to the runner and the accountant person for helping me with this. I was very nervous about waiting till the last day and driving without the registration. Summary - I feel I got the car at a good price. The car was clean and will probably have no issues for some time. If I had to do it again, I would not buy from this dealership due to the after sales poor communication and the stinginess. Except for Kyle's demeaning sales attack tactics, everyone was pleasant, but there are so many deals on the internet that I did not have to drive 90 min to save money AND get a good experience. I could have found a similar deal closer to Mass and probably would have had better communication and less stress over the registration.

He kept me in the loop as to when it was getting repaired and time frame. He got the cover on and spot removed and when I picked it up--it was simple, easy, and quick. Jeff also answered a text message during our first real snowfall about the truck...he's a diligent service manager and makes me feel very confident in having GMC Watertown provide my service needs. Overall, GMC Watertown is a special place and Ingersoll leads an incredible team. Now...don't do my mistake and waste time at all the other gimmick dealerships on Straits Turnpike, just pull into GMC Watertown, let them find your dream vehicle and drive away a part of the Ingersoll family!
Long review. Short version: THIS DEALERSHIP ROCKS. Detailed version: Buick GMC of Watertown is an amazing dealership. I had driven down Straits Turnpike and been to EVERY dealership on the road, making GMC my last stop. I had misread the website and thought they were open; however, they had just closed. Rather than turn me away, Stephen (who I came to learn was the GM) started to talk to me about my needs/wishes in a truck. He called in Jason McGrew who was already off for the night to come back. These two gents took so much time with me. I got a detailed test drive and time to reflect/think. THEY ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOME WITH FAMILIES AS IT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT, yet they were giving me care and attention. No rush to just get a sale, but they wanted to make sure I was happy. They got me the numbers I wanted and brought my interest rate down from my trade in. Joe Brunelli worked with me as well and when we did the paperwork, he wasn't trying to make any last minute deals as most folks do at this point, he was honest, patient, and attentive. I left that night feeling as though I not only made an INCREDIBLE truck purchase (Sierra 1500 with lots of bells and whistles) but that I had also joined a family and was given the only place I want to purchase vehicles in the future. Delivery of the truck was flawless. I found a tiny spot that was from shipment and the entire team was on fixing it right away. I ordered a tonneau cover and it's placement got me to learn about service. Bought a 2015 GMC Terrain through the factory preowned program. Peter Micalizzi was my salesperson and he was wonderful. My car was coming from MI and took a little longer to get so GMC of Watertown was great, they gave me a loaner car for 2 weeks since I had already sold my other car. I am completely happy with my car and would not hesitate going back to this dealership, everyone there was just terrific, no one was pushy in any way and quite frankly, made the car buying process a pleasant one!
I recently leased a buick Cascada from this dealer. Everyone was ver friendly and helpful Terry and Joe were great to me and earned my business. My only complaint was that I was not told upfront before signing that there would be a $500 fee to turn in tbe vehicle. It was not until I got to financing was I told this. I just wish someone had expressed this in the beginning as know other dealer that I have leased from has this policy. Apparently this is Gm new policy and it is not right. The $500 will be waived however if you buy or lease a new GMC vehicle.

Don't have people working in the parts service department that don't know what they are doing. Don't have your employees talk to people like they don't understand the parts on a car. And don't have your employees be condescending when explaining additional work for their vehicles when they've come in for one thing and you want to make everything else a safety issue. I appreciated the timely manner in which you worked on my car. I don't like how I'm hearing things on my car that I didn't hear prior to bringing my car to you. And yet your service man wanted to talk safety to me.
Matt Burks sold me 2 Acadia's from here. He took the time to get to know me and understand my wants and needs. It was a great experience and I am so happy to have my Denali.

we need more snacks lower prices and willingness to install GPS or set up one that was installed. a proximity censer installed and a rear door automatic door opener. Please Help me add these to my 2013 GMC Terrain. Thanks ?

I am happy to say that I have returned (from Ford) to being a Buick/GMC customer once again. Billy was my sales associate and did a fantastic job! He was professional, but also was able to build rapport with me throughout the sales process which made the interaction between us enjoyable. Had a great experience purchasing my new canyon. Salesmen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle great to work with and the test drive was sufficient (not too short). The truck looks and performs great, all expectations were met or exceeded.
