New Chevrolet Colorado

I was not even thinking about a new vehicle but I received a mailing on an offer for my 2015 Equinox It was a very fair offer so I started researching the Colorado. This such an easy purchase and was all done through emails and phone calls.

Inexcusable

I left the dealership after service and tire rotation to find severe thumping and vibration and had a very difficult time steering the car. I pulled into a gas station to find my front left wheel looked tilted. Driving very slowly, I returned immediately to the service department to find out the front left tire was loose. The fellow who came out to look at the car said 'oh yeah, there is a problem with that wheel.' Before he even moved the car, he brought a floor jack out and tightened the lug nuts in the driveway. The service manager had the audacity to tell me that when you rotate the tires the rust on the wheel sometimes falls off and causes the wheel to loosen. The lug nuts WERE NOT TIGHTENED and if I had driven any farther the wheel would have sheared the lug nuts off. As I would have been on Route 8,(if I had even made it that far) the results could have been disastrous. Needless to say, I am irate and insulted at having such a lame story told to me. I am seriously considering filing a report with DMV. This is inexcusable. Will I come back to NWH? I highly doubt it. It cost me eighty dollars for service that wasn't worth 50 cents.

Terrible overall experience

I would not recommend this dealership, there sales team, or any department for any use to anyone. I have had nothing but Issues with my denali since I bought it. They refused to find me the car I really wanted saying the one on that lot they would give me a "better deal" on, that better deal has lead to 7 months of issues and the management team agreeing to a buy back and then going back on the word. I have lost all faith in the dealership and what can be done at this point. Horrible management team!
