Poor Service - Beware, very awar

At the end of the day, what dealership would you really recommend? I guess, like everything in life, one ought to be extra careful when dealing with auto dealers - with regards to Devan Acura in Norwalk, CT - I have lost complete confidence in their ability to service your car honestly, they are only concerned with making money (a la, the printer cartridge model). I got my car serviced recently, gypped is the word that comes to mind..... will be super extra careful next I go to a dealership - I was made to spend money I really did not need
