FIRST TIME CAR BUYER!!!

I WAS a first time car buyer who really didn't believe I was going to get my BMW but.....I thought WRONG Alice Hausing helped alot in a timely matter she got things done with NO hesitation. Up and honest about everything and the finance manager as well excellent they work as a team to get it done. I LOVE IT MOST DEFINITELY WILL RETURN AS WELL AS STRONGLY RECOMMEND...

Absolute nightmare!

I've never had such a bad customer experience as I've had when buying our BMW from Schomp. We were harassed, threatened and lied to by the financial department and other representatives (mostly by Robb AshBy, Jin Pak). Your policy of ONE PRICE, ONE PERSON, ONE HOUR, couldn’t be more far from the truth: it took 11 days to finalize the sale and involved more than 4 people. Schomp has been awful to deal with.

Not your typical dealership experience. I kept waiting for them to slip me with a hidden cost, but they never did. They were honest from the beginning until the end. Tony is a standup guy, and I would highly recommend working with him. Oh, and I love my new BMW!

My lease experience (the second one I've had with Schomp, in 30 months) was nothing like the stereotypical experience people dread. There were no pushy, cheap suit clad salesmen, no high pressure tactics, no running back & forth to the Finance office, playing ALL the games we've all seen before. No, this experience (and my first one, with them) felt like I was hanging out with my best friends, laughing, sharing stories and not even realizing I was buying a car. My very own Dream Team, led by the brilliant Justin Albrecht (seriously, people, this man is my BMW wizard!) with starring roles by Portfolio Advisor, Amir Imamovic and BMW Genius, David Toben (LOVE these guys!!!) I have never been around a group of guys who are so passionate about helping their customers-their energy is contagious! I was coming out of a 428xi convertible lease and told Justin I wanted to save a specific amount of money on my monthly payment, this go around, as well as not wanting to put anything down and of course wanting a fully loaded vehicle-ha, dream on!! A tall and mostly unrealistic order, or so I thought. I came in expecting to leave with a 320 (or somehow find an X1 to fit the budget) and truth be told, I was bummed about both of those options. First World Problems, right...? Justin didn't miss a beat. He didn't tell me it was an impossible feat, he just sat down at his computer and got to work. Ten minutes later, after going through scenarios with the 3s and X1s, he looked at me and said the sweetest words I have ever heard, "How do you feel about a 5 series?" Whaaaaaaaaat??? "You mean the gorgeous cars with the sticker prices out of my budget so I never even had them on my radar, 5 series?" "Yep, that's the one." And as he began running down the list of all of the packages this car had, I swear I felt a single tear roll down my cheek. He found a 2016 demo that I would be able to lease (never knew that was an option) with super low miles, the most gorgeous color combination I never even knew I loved, every imaginable safety feature (and luxurious one) I had asked for and it was all mine for only my first month's payment. (reference the aforementioned Whaaaaaaaaat???) While I was waiting for the Punk'd cameras to jump out from behind the desk, Justin printed off the complete info for my monthly payments so I could see this was real. I'm sure I don't need to tell you that I took that deal and ran! When I arrived to pick up my car, a few days later, I was reintroduced to Amir (he helped with the initial numbers for my lease return, on my first visit). This man is nothing short of an absolute delight to interact with. From his huge smile, to his manners, to his charming personality, he had me laughing and feeling like I wanted to just sit there, signing document after document after document. I felt so taken care of and looked out for and I can guarantee you, those are NEVER things I have EVER said or felt when buying a car at any other dealership. (and believe me, I have dealt with many dealerships in my almost 42 years). Next up: David Toben...where do I even begin? This guy's enthusiasm for his job had me wanting to tear out of the dealership, doing 180, to test out my new car. It's so apparent, after talking to him, just how passionate he is about BMW and making sure he transfers that passion over to every new owner he works with. He was so thorough, so fun, and came up with brilliant analogies when I needed a bit more explanation of how certain features on my amazing new car work. He even sent me home with step by step instructions to further assist me in personalizing my car, as well as an offer to contact him ANY time or come back to the dealership for additional help-what a gem! I also want to mention the awesome detail guy (I never got his name, my bad!) who came down to my car and gave it one final once over, for me-much appreciated! As I said good night to these awesome people (I swear, I wasn't ready to leave the fun!) Justin reiterated to me he was there to be my advocate for any post-sale questions or issues, and I know he meant it. He was the exact same way through my first lease and he's the reason I came back to Schomp and will continue to do so. Thank you, Justin, for an extraordinarily fun buying experience and for being so incredibly good at what you do. I still can't believe my "downgrade" is a 535 xi :)

SLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW Service

Took an X3 to get a simple oil change. What a DISASTER! Took 35 minutes to "check in" and get a loaner car. Seems the chick doing the loaners went to go wash a car and no one was left to pass out loaners. With the rest of the employee standing around with that "not my job" attitude, it took 20 minutes before someone finally decided he might as well get me a car. He walked by my multiple times before he decided maybe I had waited long enough. maybe they have a quota of wasted customer minutes before they are allowed to help out. Upon picking up my car a few hours later after the oil change was done, no one greeted me, no one said a word for 20 minutes. No one was available to check me back out. No one. Finally some old lady came around from her cubicle to do it. TERRRIBLE customer service. Grease Monkey literally does a better job, and Grease Monkey costs less since time is money and I wasted an hour with these jokers. I can get the oil changed at Grease Monkey faster than I can drive to Schomp BMW and get “checked in”. I’ll be paying for an oil change from now on at Grease Monkey since [non-permissible content removed] at Schomp couldn’t care less if I do and will waste my time if I go there. So much for the value of “free maintenance” at Schomp. I thought buying a BMW would treat me to better customer service than at the domestic dealer. Not so. Schomp is all hype, no action. BTW, this is the dealer that “forgot” to pay off my trade in. After 45 days from the date of sale, I get a notice from the car’s bank that my payment hadn’t been made. Schomp BMW said they “forgot”.

Customer first until money in hand.

Schomp only puts the customer first until money is in their hand. I was sold a car that had problems within the first few days off the lot- approx. 18k and only 3 years old. The sales manager was overly rude and disrespectful at every interaction. Over the first three months after I purchased my car over 1k of repairs were needed- in addition to an unknown dollar amount to diagnose and fix an electrical issue (that has resulted in my car breaking down three times already since December). I will find that out when I am able to pay for a length diagnostic financially (as the car is now becoming a money hole). Schomp not only ignored my pleas for assistance or exchange but actually stopped responding all together after I asked for a reasonable trade on offer if the sales manager (John Costello) was serious about helping. The general manger of the store was included on all emails so it is clear that the lack of integrity flows at all levels at this dealership. If you want a reliable car and a dealership that stands behind their vehicles putting customers first then Schomp is absolutely not the place. I am now stuck with a car I paid over 17k for that spontaneously breaks down and leaves me stranded with no foreseeable fix or way to diagnose.

If trading in your vehicle, be warned

In the process of buying a pre-owned BMW, sales manager Matt Rebeck test drove my current car with me to determine trade in value. Seemed like a nice guy, although the typical car sales person type. Rest assured he pointed out every flaw in my car down to the littlest detail without ever complimenting anything like "your car is very clean and well kept" or "I'd like to see the service record and how good you maintained this vehicle". Nope. He was snide and arrogant in giving me all the excuses he could to offer me the lowest trade in value possible, offering me $5,500 less than another BMW dealer in the same town! Clearly Schomp sees dollar signs and loves to take trade ins and cut people down as much as possible to profit off them. I took my business elsewhere. Be warned!

Fantastic Experience

Everyone at Schomp was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. From the test drive all the way through the entire process was extremely smooth. Tomas spent a good amount of time with us to help narrow down the car that would fit our budget and have as many of the features that we were looking for. The BMW Genius staff helped us get up to speed on the ins and outs of the cars and Francisco helped explain some of the finer points of the car at the end of the process. Schomp is the place to go for buying a BMW.

Bad experience

I bought a truck from there for $15,650 and change. I drove it for 7 months. Here's what I did to it after I sold it and lost $6000. I put new shocks, rack and pinion, new tires (other tires had inner wear), slave cylinder, clutch bushings, steering column, brakes, ball joints, tie rods etc...This was a financial disaster....beware of their used cars. I would take it to a mechanic and autobody shop first. The checklist they give you that they went through the car and checked it before selling it to you should go in the trash. go anywhere else and you'll do better....

Awesome Experience and Great Staff

My car was damaged by a hail storm and I decided to get a new car. I went into Schomp BMW and talked with Tomas and he showed me a few cars. I explained my situation and Tomas kept in touch with me. Long story short, my insurance company took months to get me my final check, but Tomas kept checking in. Finally when I went to purchase my car he showed me an endless number of models to find the right one. The purchase process was smooth and the BMW tech team that showed me all the features were awesome. It was a great experience.

Schomp BMW and the entire sales and service staff has made the BMW owner's experience a breeze. Not only are they personable, professional, and courteous, but they go out of their way to accommodate the customer's schedule. I appreciate the caring relationship that I have with the Justin our Sales Rep . Obviously, the car is amazing and ridiculously fun to drive. I did a lot of time internet shopping for my next dream car. I was interested in a BMW X 5 and saw BMW Schomp of Highlands Ranch had one was advertised for sale. I called and spoke to Justin about the car and seemed to have the answer to every question I asked, not one time did he say he'd have to call me back to get an answer. Justin offered to send me additional photos and the complete service history, I didn't even have to ask for it! After a couple of hours of doing more research and calling a couple of other dealers that had similar cars for sale I decided on trusting Justin's knowledge and negotiated a deal. I pay what I originally wanted but I feel it was a fair number. So far I'm really impressed with the car and the whole experience as such!
