Rip offf

These people are [non-permissible content removed]!!!!!! I’ve spent 100s of hours waiting on them and 1000s of dollars in the process Gary the service guy is [non-permissible content removed]. He’s a flat out s[non-permissible content removed]. I called us for a month telling us our extended warranty was running out, that we should fix these problems we’re having. The transmission is slipping and we’ve had it in 6 time to get it fixed. He’s tried to sell us another $1800 extended warranty. Upon further investigation our current extended warranty has a year and 20000 miles left on it. Gary knew that and proceeded to tell us we had to get this if we wanted the truck fixed. Gary also did a bate and switch on tires... he told us $360 for 2 new tires mounted and balanced. We go to pick up the truck and it’s almost $800 for 2 tires!!! We went away for 14 days and left it with the Service Manager, Warren, as he assured us he would personally drive it and ensure it was fixed. We get back from vacation and the truck has 12 miles on it and we still have to wait 4 hrs to pick it up. So after 14 days, they never did anything to it and actually 2 $45fog lite bulbs were burnt out. In the last 6 months they have wasted my time and money. This is only 2 examples of them”trying to help us out”!! I have about 6 more examples of fraud, neglect, and over billing. I have owned Toyota’s for 20 years and have never had as much problems as this one. I totally understand things break, but they have never fixed what’s broken! Even with the extended warranty. They have put a financial burden on me, not to mention all the emotional suffering of not having my truck, MY WORK VEHICLE. I will continue to buy Toyota’s... but I will never go to a Liberty Larry H Miller dealership again! They are the opitomy of dealership that gives dealerships a bad reputation. Don’t get me wrong there are some helpful people like Richard, but as a whole they are out to steal your money, waste your time and leave you with a sour taste in your mouth!

Regular maintenance

Overall, came in to get my oil change done and tires rotated and the tire pressure checked and they completed everything faster then I expected. Which was particularly nice considering I had my infant with me. I will continue to bring my RAV4 here :)

Great Service - Thank you Paul!

Paul always takes good care of our vehicles. We have tried other service stations but we truly get the best prices at the dealership (which was a surprise to me). Paul keeps us up to date on what services are coming up so we can plan and budget for the next visit and aren't surprised when we bring the car in for an oil change. He also never recommends a service we don't need which is very appreciated and allows me to trust recommendations when they are suggested.

Replacing Water Pump

I felt the cost was a little above market for replacing a water pump on a 2010 RAV4, based on personal research. However, I felt my service advisor, Jeremiah, was exceptional and made the difference in a service experience I rate as exceptional. I would also like to mention that when I came to pick up my vehicle on Jeremiah's day off, the service advisor, Andrea, who reviewed the service work and charges was equally exceptional. Very nice teamwork and an excellent handoff.

The ordeal of buying a car has always been something that I dreading with a passion. I always felt that I had to be on the defensive to protect myself and my money. This time, it was completely different. Derek, the salesman, walked me through everything quite effortlessly. I felt like I was the one in charge, which as as a customer, that is VERY important to me. I feel that I got a very good deal for my new car. I would definitely go back to this dealership again to buy a new car.

Routine maintenance

As a long time repeat customer I always receive a friendly welcome and accurate assessment of services needed by service advisors Paul Reed or Fred Olsen -- in this case Paul. Unfortunately during fluid changes a gasket cracked resulting in a leak. I didn't confirm the leak until two days later, a Sunday, but called the service department on Monday and was told to bring the car back. Paul immediately recognized the problem and was able to work my car in despite a very busy day. I am not a special customer and feel every customer gets the same exceptional treatment. Many thanks to Paul and kudos to all who work at Liberty Toyota.

I always appreciate the friendly employees & clear explanations that I receive. I especially appreciate your having a donation box for children's toys for Salvation Army.
